Domino'S Pizza Colchester

Awful servive. Ordered delivery and the delivery woman was awful. Didnt bring a card machine and said i should have told them i wanted to pay by card. So i called them to pay and whilst talking to staff to say if it isn't their policy to bring a card machine they need to state this when im ordering. The delivery woman decided to chime in argumentatively at this point even though nobody was talking to her and when i paid and the guy on the phone asked me to hand over the phone, i put it on loud speaker for ease and snarkily she said “im not gonna steal your phone!” The woman was looking for a fight. And frankly i have aleay paid via card to dominoes and all the other dominoes i have used have asked me how iveould like to pay. Its not hard. Will not be using dominies colchester again and will reporting the attitude and lack of organisation to head office.

There's still a special place in my heart for the "Any large pizza, one topping, lunch time collection" deal... even if it did go up from £5 to £6 :D

Really disappointed with the Pizza from this store. Undercooked and worst of all I am vegetarian and they put chicken on it, with the extra cheese I only noticed once I’d bitten into it. The phone staff didn’t care offered another pizza but were rude about it. Wouldn’t go here again.

The pizza here is amazing but can get boring as most of the pizzas are not exotic

Never answer their phones. 20 minutes constant dialling and no answer. Poor customer service.

Absolute rubbish, always ordered form here until my pizzas kept being delivered uncut and things missing from my order, when complaining staff were far from sympathetic and were reluctant to sort the issue I will not be ordering from here again 😡

Took an hour to deliver two pizzas. The website said it had been delivered when in reality it was 30' away. Food came cold and he drinks were actually warm. Awful, awful!

This is a complaint form the early hours of 19/03/17. It's annoying to get hung up on 3 - 4 times by a member of staff who works on your phones who cannot be bothered to deal with you. It's also annoying when you finally get your pizza and your delivery driver knocks on your door at 3 in the morning when you called dominoes to specifically ask them to tell the delivery driver NOT to knock on the door but to call you instead when she/he is outside for you to collect your pizza. it's also so so nice when you actually eat your pizza and you find the biggest black hair in your pizza known to man. Now, I'm not unreasonable. I work I customer service myself. I hate customers like myself who complain but Heck its just a pizza pizza. It's not too much to ask. I do not for one minute expect someone on the other end of the phone to give me 5 star service but when a silly pizza costs £20 I expect that every thing is done correctly and at least be spoken to like a human. Also it's very frustrating when I ask to speak to his manager he then replys saying he doesn't have one. I've already been offered £20 off my next order by a very polite man with a lovely foreign accent who's name I don't remember unfortunately due to the bad customer service of the other man who felt with me but once again I got hung up on when I called again by a different man. All I wanted to complain about was a black hair on my pizza. I have taken too much of my time complaining about this now. I've never had problems like this with dominos but I shall be ordering from a different store now.

Two for Tuesday always the best day, otherwise Dominos is too expensive, you can go to Iceland and buy a pizza for £1, why would anyone buy a pizza for £20, restaurants are even cheaper than that

Note to self : don't order domino's in the early hours of the morning. Delivery took a while, they missed a side order and the pizza was cold and awful. Fuming😂

Have used Dominos, North Hill, Colchester for years. Staff always polite and helpful, pizza delicious and delivered with any extras on time and hot.
