Domino'S Pizza - Colne

One star for the sheer amount of rubbish that comes through my door from this place.

Awful service, waited 2 hours for a delivery for it to be cold. Offered a refund but not received even after 4 phone calls and multiple messages left for the manager who promised to phone me back and still hasnt.

Very good and tasty pizza's but very very expensive.

As always dominoes pizzas are great. None goes to waste. Staff are really efficient and polite.

Absolutely horrendous service! We ordered food to be delivered at 10:00 when they close at 10:45. They order was accepted. At just past 10:45 we rang up just see where it was and they said they thought we were going to pick it up. Explained it was a delivery, which they knew, and were told it would be delivered within 15 mins. Rang back 20 minutes later to be told that they apparently shut at 7:55 and when we explained we ordered at 10:00 and they said it would be delivered, they said everything was shut and hung up.

Great pizza, quick when collecting in store but not asked for delivery yet so I don't know about that service. All staff I've seen in here are also competent and friendly, never had an order wrong or misunderstood.

To close for comfort. They know how to make a good pizza

Fricking Useless.. Another let down..

I had a love hate relationship with this Dominoes branch, Time to call it a day, I've had all I can take of the poor service here..

2/3 staff members are reliable, the rest seem to be straight from the bannana boat.

Today is yet another day when i've intended to have a Dominoes pizza for my tea but its ended up being a no go - thanks to their policy of recrutitng simpletons, IF YOU CANT EVEN GET MY SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT ON THE PHONE HOW CAN I TRUST YOU TO PREPARE IT CORRECTLY????

Its like this Dominoes recruit Deaf/Dumb people to answer the phone.

This branch also doesnt know the difference between BBQ and Tomato sauce,

DONT WATSE TIME/MONEY HERE: THE BURNLEY BRANCH IS 10X BETTER FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE!!!
