Domino'S Pizza - Glossop

Pizza good as always, missing a couple of stars as the pricing is crazy. Just have a price and forget all the offers. Because I created my pizza I got it cheaper than choosing the exact same pizza from menu!

Last time i ordered i had delivery driver on the phone for 35 minutes trying to find my house.....its right to tge door on satnav! Soooo thought oh well thats life and ordered tonight. Got text saying your pizza is on its way. I live 10 minutes from the store. Anyway nearly 40 minutes later it arrived woohoo.....not! Nachos are cold and like rubber and the large stuffed crust ya know the dearest one is raw yes its raw the only bit cooked was some of the cheese. When i pulled it apart i thought ooooh thats a lot of stringy cheese, it is actually the dough base. So needless to say I rang them and told them to train theyre drivers and turn the frikin oven on! Would I like a replacement pizza.......so wait another hour for the possibility of having a rough gut! NO WAS MY REPLY

Food good, average cleanliness. No toilets. Beware buying with your family with the intention of eating at the establishment (there is a small area of tables and chairs) - when plastic cups were asked for I was told they don't have them curtly. Is that too much to ask for Domino's?? Especially since other Domino's outlets do have them....

Extremely disappointed with this place. Soggy undercooked pizza. Hardly any toppings which you do pay for. Do not recommend.

Loved being able to order just what you wanted online and collect. I even received a text 8 minutes before it was ready.

Oh, and it's nice pizza too.

This Domino's is awful.. Every time I order from here the women on the phone is rude, and the manager isn't polite either! The pizza and garlic bread comes burnt to a crisp where i cant even eat it! So not only do the staff have poor manners they also cook BAD as well! This Domino's definitely needs new staff to save the place!

Great food but the prices vary to much, I never seem to pay the same price for the same product

This was our first time ordering from this specific Domino's and we will NOT be returning again! We are disgusted with the service we recieved from the girl who answered the phone. Unfortunately we did not get her name but she was very rude and not very polite at all. We wasn't even given a time frame for our food to be collected. We also didn't recieve the 50% NHS discount off pizzas if collected and instead only recieved 30%. When arriving to the Domino's, the woman at the counter was still rude and blunt whilst we gave our order details so they knew which food to give us. Overall our experience was very unpleasant and I think new polite staff are very much needed before you may lose even more customers.

Horrible food and horrible service. Every time I have ordered from this poor excuse for a dominos it hasn't been delivered without me ringing 3 or 4 times, most of the time I end up having to go and collect it. The food is disgusting, always cold and poorly cooked. The customer service is disgusting, they do not care at all. Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. This place needs all new staff because they're all rubbish.
