I phoned this evening to make an order for delivery. After telling "Emily" my postcode she bluntly replied "it's the other dominos you need", I asked if my costcode was out of the catchment area- phone is then put down on me.
I called back immediately, my opening gambit being "do you deliver to church Langley" she said 'no not in the catchment area' or something like that to which I replied "so when that's the case do you usually just out the phone down on customers?" To which she responded with by putting the phone down on me.

Strongly suggest the store manager starts an incompentcy process and manages the little spastic out of the business if the level of customer service I received tonight is reflective of Harlow town's Dominos.

You only had to be polite.

Absolute joke. Phoned up and asked what type of chicken toppings do you do and got "euuughhhhhhhhh" then the phone was hung up.... obviously customer service is non existent in this particular branch.

Sent me the wrong pizza and side. When I called they said they would send a replacement but never did. Ordered from Pizza Hut today instead. Would not recommend.

Kids love it expensive for area but brand sells. Kids love the pizza dough balls ice cream drinks expensive

Delivery accepted. Good prize-quality

Good dominos, never had any issues and ordered a few times, got the food with us just in time for the England game. Good selection of pizzas and the deals are always good.
