Domino'S Pizza - Harpenden

An embarrassment to Italian cuisine and Pizza. Manager rude and with zero customer skills. DON’T GO!

Over 2hrs for it it was cold and bad not happy at all only good thing is when I called up when it turned up I got it for free if I had to pay I would be very upset

Waited for an hour and a half. Called them 5 times to get through. Made out they had attempted delivery even though they definitely hadn't been to my address. They then said they would redeliver but never did and now will not pick up the phone. Absolutely useless.

It's only a Domino's but delivery was fast and quality was as expected. No complaints.

Took over 50 minutes for 1 pizza to arrive. Was overdone and warm at best...tried to call shop to chase order 6 times....no answer on phone anytime

Rude staff, waited over 40 mins for our food that had been sat on the warmer yet staff stood chatting. Wouldn't recommend!!!

Nice Pizza but sadly overpriced

Order late and wrong, inept customer service, do not use.

The boxes were bent and the delivery man Ahmed needs to up his game. This place is a joke a real life joke
