Domino'S Pizza - Hoddesdon

None delivery, and not for the first time, hoddesdon branch has terrible service and poor attitude manager, will be the last time I order from this branch

Terrible. Didn't deliver and over an hour later when we complained they wouldn't even offer a discount for the shocking service. Do'n't bother.

the pizza was tasteless!
the potato wedges were uncooked and hard !
the garlic bread was a small pizza with no garlic .
i would never use them again.

Proper bad service especially for a Friday night. So we go in and the lad behind the counter called nick keeps his hat covering his eyes and blanks that he's seen us for about 10 minutes. He scurries off into the kitchen, only to be heard making stupid noises with his co workers. He's then spotted giving his coworker a hug in the kitchen. Erm gross around food right? Yeah I know. Some other guys like 'oh.. have you ordered..? ERRRRR Wake up

An hour and half wait for a pizza when it arrived cold and the toppings all over the box instead on the pizza. Pizza looked like it had been dropped and just thrown back in box! Rude staff said they are too busy to replace it!

Overpriced but always good pizza. You have to get a 'deal' when buying or it is too expensive. Busy on a Saturday night

I would give Dominos zero stars if I could.Ordered on line and 2hrs and 30 minutes later we are still waiting.

App shows the pizza has been in quality control for over 90 minutes.

Called earlier and hung up after being put on hold for 10 minutes - Ever since they have not answered the phone!

Shocking Service and avoid like the plague.

2 very poor experiences ... 1st left on shelf for collection when ordered delivery .. result: Luke warm pizza and no apologies .. 2nd app showing Quality Checking for over 33 mins and cannot get shop to answer .. needless to say will not be accepted when it arrives

If you are in a hurry, it just can't be bothered to cook, then I could say to you "look no further" - but that's just a cliché. You definitely NEED to look further to guarantee a good meal. I've taken an order home from here, only to find two of the pizzas burnt. Why somebody would box up a burned pizza I cannot say. Maybe they don't treat their staff very well? You have to wonder.

I had to give them a second chance the other day. (Because PapaJohn doesn't do gluten free pizzas. Why??)The service was lacklustre to say the least. I always make it a point to look my food over before leaving any takeaway now. I checked my order this time and it was fine.

This is just a takeaway place. This is not a restaurant. You can't eat here. If you want a takeaway from here, order it on the phone first. I took my little boy there to order pizzas to take home - there was a forty minute wait.

We kicked a ball around outside to kill time - it was fun! Life is what you make of it, right?

Always check your food before you leave. (Maybe even before you pay?)

I would have given zero stars but it would not let me.
Tried to order by phone on wednesday and told to order on line.
Tried to order on line and by phone today (friday) at 10.30 when they say open to 3.00am and told they have no drivers.
Then tried the ware branch, 2 miles down down road to be told they do not cover hoddesdon.
Why bloody bother?
