Domino'S Pizza - London - Docklands

Great to order in person but everytime i've order over the phone for delivery they have messed up my order. Tastes nice

Dominos always fantastic. This branch in particular is especially good I find - the pizzas just taste better and they also have really friendly staff.

Amazing service.. minute by minute updates.. amazing tech .. driver tracking etc.. VERY IMPRESSED :)

Delivery was abit slow and food does get cold. There are other pizza places in salman lane that are faster.

Really disappointing - used to order from them all the time. Never again. It took Domino's almost 2 hours to deliver absolutely cold pizza & sides. I leave in 5 min walking distance from the branch. When I called to tell them that the pizza they have delivered was cold they have offered nothing to compensate. Really poor customer service.

Believe in the reviews below. I'm never one to actually write one but avoid this store like the plague. The delivery time is so bad I could go to ASDA or Tesco and make a fresh pizza myself. I will be providing my feedback to Head Office, but this will be the last time I ever over from them. 1.5hrs and still waiting.

If you order direct from them, the pizza comes pretty quickly and it's quite good. It could be better, though!

Ordered at 2230 after having been let down by the Wapping branch. It's almost 1am and tbh I'm not even expecting it to arrive now despite the pizza tracker app telling me it'd been delivered. No one is answering the phone either. Thanks guys. Great work.

Worst dominos store in London. I've ordered from several other stores and they were fine. The pizza is always late and comes cold. I'm never ordering again from the Docklands store. 1.5 hrs later still waiting for my pizza. Complete joke. Avoid like the plague.

The worst experience ever!!

Ordered pizza, 2 sides and wrap yesterday around 11pm. Wait for ages to get it delivered. So I have decided to call and check where is it. Rude member of staff pick up and said that driver left while ago and it will be delivered shortly. I have asked how quick and was told : You don't know what word shortly means? and hang up. Called back and asked why he hang up on me. The answer was: We have finished the conversation!! Asked if food won't be hot if I will get the refund. Was told: NO REFUND!! Food arrived after an hour luke warm, not eatable at all. Had to throw away. THIS HAPPENED SECOND TIME IN ROW!! NOT WORTHY AT ALL!! GO FOR PAPA JOHN'S INSTEAD!!
