Domino'S Pizza - London - East Ham

Used this restaurant a few times for ordering pizza. The two last times, the experiences weren't good at all. App with the notifications not coherent with what's going on at the restaurant. The second time waiting time was nearly two hours, order was wrong. Too much hassle for a simple and very mediocre pizza order. Had much better Domino's elsewhere. Service needs to be improved before I'll use it again.

Ordered in advance (3 hours earlier) scheduling the delivery using the website, and was tracking the order. The order showed to have been delivered, even so it wasn't. Called the East Ham Domino's Pizza to find out what's going on, and they told me that the pizza was going to be delivered in 2 minutes (more like 20+ minutes). The Driver (motorbike rider) delivered the pizza 25 minutes late, and instead of apologising for the delay, he asked if I wanted to get fat!?!?! what a joke. Please don't recruit stand up comedians to deliver your food, fix your tracking system and be more efficient in delivering the orders on time. I have used other branches and they are all better than this one..

i found a legit domino on my pizza? wuz this like bonus pepperoni? cause i tried to eat it but it's plastic innit so i brake my te4eth tho. I thought it was like one of them kiddy meal things so i thought it was made out of dough tho

No way am I at Domino's pizza or at McDonald's as your silly messages are putting me off going again to either.

Hi, I placed an order today, really friendly driver quick and fast service. Really happy with my food.

Great service from helpful staff. Quick pizza turnaround. Competitive prices and reasonably good tasting food.

I generously gave a 2 star for the speedy delivery. Over all the food was disgusting. I ordered nachos which were all burnt & didn't get eaten. There was more pizza toppings stuck to the box than what was on the pizza. I spent over £40 to feed my family & we was all hungry still. Not good value for money. Will not ever visit or order from East Ham dominos again!!

3 stars only because payment issue, not because customer service or food issues.
Had an issue to place order through the application, so I called the shop to check. A very polite gentle man picked up the phone, his name is Umer, went beyond and helped me with the order , however issue hasn't been solved, as the money been taken from my account but order didn't went through. I been told to wait a couple of days, if payment not refunded back, I have to call them back. I just hope and believe everything is going to be fine and go smoothly, payment will comes back, as I'm a regular Domino's customer and a big fan of their perfect pizzas, just love it. But I would be so disappointed and would not order again if that payment not coming back. Would advise to order through phone or the original web-site, not through the phone application. Thank you again Umer, you did a great job! ;)

Very fast delivery and food hot. Pizza ok could of put more cheese on base!

I take the CFA exam in Excel and stay a night here.Good driver service. Half hour to Delivery.

Awful awful awful....

This is the only word comes to my mind when I think about them ! Horrible customer service! I live from the brunch 10 mins ..delivery took 40 mins. I call up asking where is my order they say it's on the way should take 5 mins. Guy turns up after 25!!!mins with the wrong order !!! We call the shop they say they can give complimentary garlic bread and deliver the correct order...in an other 50 mins??? The guy on the phone was rude and telling my husband to watch his language??!! (Bare in mind there was no swearing or shouting ) we ended up with no food .. waiting for nothing and hoping for the refund. I still don't know why dominos let a brush running like that. I mean look at their reviews!!! Last time ordered from dominos. If a company still let a brunch like that running I better not eat their food.
