Domino'S Pizza - London - Elm Park

Waited over an hour and a half. Waited 50 mins after text said pizza had left elm park...we are 5 mins away :-( Awful slow service...wont be using again!!

Would not even give a star at all just have to do I can write a review, just waited over two hours for a pizza to be delivered, phoned up four times , told it was on its way each time, it obviously was not. When the pizza arrives don't even get an apology off of the guy delivering it, for being two hours late. Open up the box, stone cold pizza and it's everywhere all slices piled up on top of eachother , never seen this before looked a state, phoned dominos stating want a refund to be told email head office for your money back, disgraful will never order from here again.

Worth pizza place ever. Waited well over 2 hour for a delivery, pizza turned up cold and the staff are useless. They wouldn't give a refund and basicly robbed us of our money. Told we would need to ring head office for a refund. Not happy at all and one star is a million time more then they deserve.

Would give 0 stars if I could as didn't have a very good experience with delivery. This is because it toke over 2 hours for delivery when I was situated not even (less than) a 5 minute drive from dominos. I phoned up about 3 times and each time the employee said it was on its way which was clearly lies. Then finally when the pizza arrived it was cold!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
I placed my order, and recieved a text 20 minutes later to say my food is on the way. FORTY minutes later i start wondering where my food is. I phone the store to be told it will be another 10/15 minutes. Expecting me to wait 45 minutes for my food to be delivered when i live 10 minutes away. I wasnt best pleased. Asif that wasnt bad enough, the man then dropped the phone not to return for 3 minutes. Fed up of waiting i then phoned again and asked to speak to a manager. His excuse for such poor customer service was that his team are "new" and he "apologises for the wait" and assured me my food will be here asap. 1 hour after i recieved the text, im now wondering if my pizza has grown its own legs and run away. Safe to say i wont be ordering from here again, and would advise anyone else not to.

1- ordered at 6pm to get my pizza to come at 8:50 for when i break my fast, plenty of time... called at 9 to see where it was someone said it was being put in the oven as we speak... livid
2- called back at 9:10 to ask about why this had happened and for the complaints team email, the guy i originally ordered from lied and said he'd sent the driver out at 8:50 he was just stuck in traffic... never mind the lie, i wanted my pizza at 8:50 not to be sent out at 8:50!!!
3- pizza arrived at 9:30pm, and the email addresses the guy gave me over the phone both came back rejected, mustve given me fake email addresses to cover up his terrible customer service
4- when i finally got through someone about a refund i have been completely ignored and brushed over no response in over 10 days since first contact

i love the pizza its such a shame they have terrible staff and service... pap jhons it is :/

Friendly and fully understanding people working there. No problems at all. Fast delivery too. Hot pizza good quality food.

Had ordered from this store last week. The pizza turned up cold and to had taken over an hour to deliver. Usually we have no problem with this store.

Tried them again tonight and waited over an hour and heared nothing from them. Had to call and explain twice that we've received no pizza and that the money had been taken out of my account. They said they received nothing about our order.

Be careful ordering online.

Delivery services tend to be good but inconsistent. Yesterday i ordered for collection and received a phone call fro a very rude boy telling me they had been waiting for me for five minutes. I was not told a time frame in which my food would be ready when I placed the order so I assumed I would receive a phone call when my order was ready but that didn't happen. So I get to the shop within two minutes and my pizza mildly warm my chicken mildly warm and my coke mildly cold. When I asked whether I can have a bag to place either the boxes of chicken in of the pizza I was told no. Even though the person behind the counter could see I was clearly struggling. This service is disgusting and from now on I will be ordering food from else where.

Ordered 1 pizza, 2 sides and a drink. 1 hour passes and we're told that it's likely to be 30 more minutes. Over 2 hours later and there's still no sign.

Always my go to dominoes! Fast delivery and always good prices!

Elm Park domino's have let me down a lot in the past. They've let me down again today, got my order wrong and delivered the wrong pizza. To top it off they weren't willing to give out anything to make up for it. Gidea Park dominos is much better
