Domino'S Pizza - London - Gants Hill

The women with the glasses was very rude to me and giving me attitude
She was very late with orders and had a very mean expression on her face.
She them just threw the pizza on my face

Awful. Ordered and the webpage tracker said "your pizza is on its way"! - delivery location is 3 mins away. I called 10 mins later to be told on its way, 10 mins later I called again to be told 5 more minutes. Took another 10 to arrive with rude staff when you call. An absolute disgrace

Waiting well over an hour for 1 pizza with just 1 extra topping.
App is saying it's delivered when it hasn't been.
Girl on the other end of the phone unhelpful and not bothered.
Won't give a discount for being late

Not good. My daughter who is thirteen tried to place an order and was spoken to rudely and then the restaurant cut her off. Terrible service so we used pizza hut instead!

I have always ordered with Domions Gants Hill , pizza is tasty as per my order and employees are friendly to talk, and received excellent service, will continue to order for our office parties and family parties and specially sudan delivers us on time. Thank you Domion's

Won't be ordering from Dominos again everything which could go wrong went wrong firstly the track thing stopped working (this is my first experience with Dominos pizza) anyways it's been 60 minutes no pizza arrived so I called them and they are like it will be another 5 minutes the driver just left hmm any ways when the pizza arrived it was soaking cold and the order came incomplete so I ended up putting the pizza in my neighbours oven they said they will send some one asap another 30 minutes

The amount of wedges in the order is ridiculous this whole order is genuinely not worth for your money I spend more on some thing with lots of hassle very bad pizza and the amount is stingy

Won't be ordering again please learn from my experience and don't order from here

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered at 20:20, tried to call an hour later to find out about my order, but no one even bothered to answer a phone! When they finally answered I been asked to wait half an hour more without excuses! Almost 2 hours waiting....I called them again, but I got a silly excuse that they been busy and is true that driver is still not here...what a joke!!!! DON'T ORDER AT GANTS HILL!!!!!!!

Ordered a pizza from here and it got delivered all bent and rolled over in the box!!!! This is not somehing you pay £18.99 a pizza for!! I called them and they argued firstly and said they cant do nothing! then said they would said a replacement pizza in an hour!! An HOUR!!! Plus they wanted all the pizzas back! Plus the delivery driver was rude! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Do not waste your money!!!

Today I ordered pizza from Ganshill store. Very bad customer service. Ordered pizza with the drink for home delivery. The store delivered Pizza without the drink. When I spoke to a lady over phone why drink was not delivered at the time when pizza was delivered, she did not even apologise for it and all that she said was she will deliver it later. Not happy the way she spoke over the phone. So I asked for the manager. He was much worst than the lady I spoke over the phone.He also did not apologise for it. No apologies and worst customer service. I will never order pizza from this store again. So disappointed the way treated. Could not enjoy the meal without a drink. The drink was delivered 2 hours later the pizza delivered.

Awful. 1.5 hour wait for delivery, staff lied about delivery time and hung up on me on second phone call. Pizza cold on arrival. Complaints have been ignored, my refund has not been processed. Never order from them

Pizza took an hour and a half to arrive (I live 2 miles from Gants Hill) arrived stone cold, rude and dismissive staff on the phone who hung up on us when we asked to speak to a manager. Mugs.

Two times I did delivery.....
Don't take foodo from this store if you don't want wait 1 hour for your pizza my hoise is 4 minutes from store!!!!!
