An absolute joke of a company. Waited over 2 hours and still the food isnŌĆÖt here!!

Great pizza. Quality and delicious recipes

Worst pizza we have ever had!! Also cold when we got it!! Will never be returning to Dominos! Staff weren't great either!

Good Dominos, generally quick turnaround, I always order for collection so can't comment on delivery. Always happy with the quality of the pizzas - a regular weekend treat!

This place is an absolute joke!! After being told my pizza would be delivered within 45 minutes it took one and a half hours!! Spoke to apparently the manager Sam who is an Arogant guy found the whole situation funny!! Will be going in there tomorrow to make a complaint face to face.

Asked for a delivery they said it would take 45 mins to an hour which is ridiculous anyway but they ended up taking 1 hr and 20 mins to get the pizza to me. When I called up at the 1 hour mark they said they were 20 mins away, I asked if the pizza would be cold they assured it wouldn't be. Pizza finally arrived and it was dead cold, was over charged for the deal I was promised, asked for extra dip it wasn't provided but was still charged for it.

Person on the phone to whom I spoke to had a terrible attitude towards me and promised to call back with an update never did.

Overall appalled with the way the situation was handled, rude staff, no update, keeping us waiting only for the final product to be not what was promised.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

All too often the delivery is late - followed by an automated message stating the pizza has left the store, followed by another twenty minute wait before it eventually arrives - barely warm,.

We have complained about this issue before and all we get is "we are busy" and not much else.

Dominos tend to use a single driver to do two or three deliveries in one go - great if you are delivery one, not so good if you are the next or last delivery.. Not interested in free items to make up for it., just want my delivery hot the first tiem around
