Was ignored by staff for a collection pizza for 15 mins

Ordered my pizza at 5.45 to be delivered at 6.30 so plenty of time for them to get it sorted still no pizza at 6.45 .... disgraceful service... think if I cooked it my self it would be faster ... dominos u should be ashamed of your awful service

If you want to eat tonight don't even bother, or just go and collect or order Pizza Hut it's easier. Probably the worst delivery service. Staff are rude and no one knows their arse from their elbow. We actually order from Eltham now as it's less dramatic. When you ring up they hang up on you or just don't know where their drivers are.. I live ten minutes drive away... we once waited 3 hours. And their answer is 'if it turns up cold we'll send another out'.. no thanks don't really fancy eating at midnight!

Worst service I've ever experienced. Unbelievably slow delivery time, food is always freezing and they have never once got our order right. Today they delievered our pizza with no cheese at all after trying to charge us 5 pounds for extra cheese, as well as getting our side orders wrong and forgetting the dip. When I rang to complain, they said "there's nothing we can do, thanks for calling" and hung up. Will never order from them again.

The most incompetent delivery service in London. We've ordered twice times from here and both times they've been incredibly late, forgotten something on the order and this time the pizzas arrived with no cheese because we took off EXTRA cheese on the app which was going to cost an extra 5 quid apparently. The pizza arrived cold and inedible. I mean are there actual monkeys running this place or what's going on? Its a pizza service, how do you mess that up this badly?

1hr 45 mins for a cold pizza disgusting will never use them again

Everytime I have ordered a pizza via the app it turns up late and cold. Do not order from this place!

To make matters worse when you call the store and ask where your order is they are rude tell you 5 minutes more. 5 minutes turns to 10 mins turns to 15 mins. will call you back to find out what's happening and you wait to receive a phantom call back.

The pizza turns up 20mins after your call cold like dogs nose!

You complain about this and they hang up the phone.

terrible, cold pizzas very late. when we complained offered us 50% off our next order which is the usual deal anyway and we won't be ordering again so absoulutely useless.

Absolutely terrible. Second time my order taken over an hour and a half and arrived cold! Never ordering from this dominos again
