Domino'S Pizza - London - Norbury

The delivery driver was very nice but the pizza was terrible, one pizza was missing the middle also we ordered a side which they never sent and tried to charge us for. When we explained we were not going to pay for something we didn't receive the man on the phone was angry and unreasonable. Would not recommend!

Absolutely rubbish staff. Delivery driver rode off with my order after i told him it was the wrong order. Manager did not want ti know. Don't waste your time or money at this place.

Just over an hour ago, me and my family ordered 3 pizzas as we are having a little gathering. Besides the point let's get this story of a review on the road. To start it's a must that anybody who reads this is to understand customer service throughout the shop and the drivers is appalling. The delivery time was spot on, I can't fault that. The driver turned up, my partner answered the door and paid £30 and the pizza was £29, didnt expect any change back because we never do. The driver proceeded to be rude to my partner and said 'is that it?' after she paid; he was expecting a tip and we both found this very rude. The pizzas turned up, we had ordered 2 large pizzas and 1 medium. I recieved one large pizza and two mediums, I wouldn't mind usually but we had family over so we wanted enough to go around. I phoned the shop and explained the situation at hand only to be met with even ruder customer service. I was put on hold when I told them I was expecting two large pizzas and not one. After being on hold for 5 minutes a different person picked up the phone and asked for my order, again I explained the situation and they laughed at me in the background. The original member of staff came back to the phone and told me that he would send a large pizza as they made the mistake but they would need the medium they didn't mean to send as proof?! What sort of nonsense is that, I was so baffled. I explained again I have family over and they have already started to eat as they were hungry. I was then told there was nothing they could do and that I 'could be lying to get free food'. How disgusting is that for customer service? Disgraceful I was very angry at this point and told them to forget it and I won't be ordering from there again. The guy on the phone then told me that he didn't want to lose a customer so next time I order I will have to call on the phone as I can have a free Small side. What kind of offer is that for someone who's had the wrong food delivered? The customer quite clearly isn't always right when it comes to dominos. Won't be ordering from here again.

Shocking. Have been waiting an hour and the pizza is still not here. Had a poor excuse that the ovens were broken and the drivers "been on his way" which according to the app he's been on his way for the past 20mins. I live 7mins drive from the store. Guy on the phone wasn't much help between his poor excuses and calling me "darling" either.
Bad customer service all round.

Good food if they get your order correctly

I ordered at 2:16pm and waited till like 3:28pm to call the place and there tell me it got sent to wrong place they will call back to let me know then at 3:50 i called again and they seemed to hardly care poor customer service!! But the delivery guy was good it wasnt the one that mixed my order up which doesn't make any sense but just order from pizza hut or something!

Great customer service. Delicious pizzas. Usually pizzas come on time. Sometimes pizzas are late but it's only during busy days such as Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, but I completely understand it.

Last night I ordered a Large Double decadence Pizza and there was NO filling inside.

This is now the THIRD TIME it has happened and so I completely lost it!

I called the shop and demanded my Money back to which the Manager eventually agreed (after numerous feeble attempts to try and send me more Pizza). The problem is that by the time he would've sent me more Pizza it would've been too late to eat - you stuffed the order up, you take responsibility and you refund the customer!!!!!!!

What annoys me most is that all 3 times this has happened, its been on a Tuesday when there is a special - its as if they feel that because you get one pizza free, they don't have to give a rats about the quality.

Anyway to continue... when the driver arrived at my house he only wanted to pay me half the money spent on the pizza. I then had a shouting match on the phone again with the manager and finally got him to understand the basic fundamentals of customer service - by using some very strong words

I will never ever in my life order from you again and I hope you learn a hard lesson about business!!
