Order took ages to come , when it come it was the wrong order , we rang up and asked if we can have the other thing , they come and make us pay again (when we payed for it on the first round) , the man who deliverd it wasn't polite atall !

Ordered a delivery online. Rang up and hour and a half later asking where it was and the guy answering the phone shamelessly responded that the driver is leaving now and should be 15 to 20 mins whereas i only live 5 mins down the road! This fallowfield branch is always late and half the times don't answer there phone. and lastly my order was £17.46 and when the driver arrived in a silver passat he asked for £18 pounds, upon demanding the receipt he simply said i don't have it which was again a clear lie! I hope the dominos head office can look into this and take this matter seriously

Ordered my pizza over an hour ago. Called up to ask if it was out for delivery yet. Still hasn't been made. Asked for a discount, nothing. The helpful man told me that all pizzas take at least 1 1/2 hours to get there...terrible service, terrible customer service. Get some better staff Domino's!

[Update] Pizza arrived cold and with the wrong toppings on the 2 hour mark. They're making it again, and it will be another half an hour. Still no refund.
