I waited 40 mins for a pizza cookies and ice cream the driver forgot my ice cream so I had to wait another 30 Mins for that when it was finally delivered it wasn't even the right one gave them a bell and they had the audacity to tell me they don't even sell the ice cream I just splashed £4.99 on waste of time all I wanted was a cookie dough switch up ice cream what more can a man ask for bunch of pagons

Later that day-
So after being on the phone to some guy that works here for 15 minute listening to him assure me that they do not sell the cookie dough switch up and me asking for a refund I wait a couple of hours for them to collect the wrong ice cream they sent out which didn't happen so I called again someone different answered the phone and said that he doesn't know what they were on about and he sent me the ice cream out in 15 minutes that according to Mike I think it was they didn't sell

Here's a message to anyone wanting to try the Ben and Jerrys cookie dough switch up from here don't bother it's to much hassle and it's not even that nice

Awful and cold pizza ordered deal with 2 pizzas, drink and side order but bot received drink and salad for Milano pizza... called to get my stuff what I paid for and promised to get delivery in 30-40min ... how to eat cold pizza with no salad and drink !? Where is point of that !? Not recommend to any one! Not first and last time I'm disappointed with dominos ;(!

Always fast service even for delivery. Good food and value for money.

New ringtone for dominos Newbury. Why are we waiting. Over an hour for a pizza. Did it come from Italy by boat. Newbury store needs to learn customer service.

Well what can I say. Congratulations for being first to sell ice cold pizza but I like mine hot and under 2hours for delivery. I think toppings ment to be on pizza not box. And not sure if hair or a pube on the garlic pizza bread so didn't eat that.

2hrs and still no pizza rang twice to check what's going on. Just kept saying it's on it's way

I got a message about a deal, decided not to make tea until 8 then called dominoes to order the pizza. They said the deal doesn't exsist! I only like the pizza when they make it good. The service is apoorling. Not happy.

Always very polite and bang on time EVERY time.

Absolutely awful service, food has taken over an hour to arrive. I will not be re ordering from these in the future.

Load of crap - cood food, lie about the managers name. 1 hour to get food. Dont reply to complaints made.

Shockingly bad customer service. Pizza arrived burned, and when I called to complain, i was asked what I meant by "burnt". Told it would be an hour for replacement. Told them not to bother. Plenty of other great pizza companies in Newbury, avoid this one!
