Domino'S Pizza - Norwich - East

Ordered in advanced. Ignored the time and the instructions lefted. Ended up with people starving.

Rude and abnoxious service , paid by card pizza did not arrive called to ask on ETA was told this store is closed and Lied to by staff!!

I've never had a problem with this branch. They are always helpful and polite when I go in to order my pizza. I never do home delivery as I'm not a fat lazy git!!

I wouldn't even rate this a one star, the staff are very rude and I had to wait 30/40 minutes to be given something that wasn't acceptable

The Asian looking guy in there is awesome (apologies if you're not Asian.) Showed my boys how there pizzas were made and did us a good deal, went out of his way to cheer them up. Thanks! Nice pizza too 😉

Waited two and a half hours, during which time we had no information - no one answered or many calls, or tried to phone us, or emailed us, or updated the order tracker.

Eventually we drove there, where they explained that they were busy, and said they'd give a refund.

That still doesn't explain why they made no effort to answer the phone, or make any effort at all to let us know, wasting our time waiting then driving, all for a pizza that took three hours to eventually arrive, and when our order arrived, the sides were wrong - spicy when they should have been plain so some of it was inedible.
