Domino'S Pizza - Norwich - North

Pizza arrived late only by 15-20 minutes but was slightly colder than would be expected, and the cookies weren't nice at all. Will not be ordering from them again.

When calling them to see where my pizza was I wasn't even greeted by an answer.

The worst service ever. I don't normally leave reviews but this takes the goat.. we have been waiting 2 hours for our pizzas. Called over 20 times and no answer. Online tracker has even given up. Never again. I absolutely recommend staying away from these unless you want to go on a diet.

Have ordered from here many times (20+). Only once has been a long wait. Correct order each time and always hot.

If could I would rate 0 stars. I went into this dominos after getting a menu in the post that said you could get any pizza for £10 and the buy one get one free, I read the small print in the two offers and it specifically said that the £10 offer and the buy one get one free offer could be used together. This was written in plain English, not that be stupid lawyer talk. And the manager of the store refused to except the offer saying they don't work together, I even got him to read the small print and he still refused it. I thinks its ridiculous as there head office write their menus, yet the store manager can refuse it. So I screwed the menu up and threw it in his face.

Seriously guys save you time, there's a take away with better pizzas in norwich. 2x12inch pizzas for £10. It's called ephuses. Better pizza, better value, better management... Just better all round.

Got into the hotel very late after a full day of work and then traveling from Scarborough. Google maps said open to 0500. Website said open until 0300. Ordered pizza online at 0030. Paid via paypal. No pizza. No phone call. No email. No nothing. I am a world traveler, and this place is the FIRST delivery place that I ever ordered from that didn't either complete the order, or notify me if it could not complete order. So, by those standards, congratulations on being THE worst delivery place I've ever used.

What a most appalling and bizarre and frustrating experience. Definitely do not recommend this 'dominos' to anyone on the planet.
We a group have just started our holiday, arriving tonight from Australia. Starving from our travels and exhausted, we decided to order a develiery online at dominos which we have in Sydney and trust. After putting in a order of 4 pizzas 2 desserts and drinks. We were sat waiting, looking checking periodically the ordering process for one full hour.
The online process was still saying it was being delivered so we call dominos, all of us, many times for 30 minutes. We were all hanged up on, at individual times, I was left on ring for up to minutes. And there was nowhere to leave a voicemail. All of this using calling using our international roaming.
We now were convinced this dominos wasn't real. Until we saw the other reviews.
Finally a older delivery man comes knocking on the door, but by now we had already made some dinner. Just wanting to go to bed.
The man did not care. Would not look at me, and ignored my polite asking about the delay and phone issue. All he said was 'oh we very busy" It's 2am at night. We payed him and he left.
We just wanted a single apology or even a recognition over the situation. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life..
THEN we open the pizzas to find we've been given the wrong pizza bases and the meat tasted odd and slimy, and the bread stale.
This wasn't any dominos I knew. In Australia the policy is the pizza is free after 30minutes not sure the policy in Britain, but this wasn't about the money.
Just a utter digrace north Norwich dominios.
You seriously need to be reviewed and probably shutdown.
And this whole time we had our movie paused as were wanting to eat and watch the movie.

Gave us the wrong order, phoned them to tell them their mistake and said they'd give us our actual order but never came back!! Awful service.

TLDR; delivery hour late, soggy pizza, avoid like the plague; use different store.

Waited 45 mins on order, phoned to find out what happened and was told he didn't know where the driver was and would phone him then hung up without apology or validiction. 10 mins later I tried again as he never updated me. Pizzas arrived mildly warm and soggy an hour after order placed. Hassled looking driver handed them over, said "alright" then turned around and left before I could reply. Began phoning store again repeatedly but they refused to answer (and some were them hanging up not just time outs). Perhaps they have caller ID.

Dominos is a franchise. I'd recommend avoiding this store. I think you can choose which one you order from (dunno if they have stringent delivery areas).
Typing "dominos Norwich west" into browser gave me a different store with (slightly) better reviews. May also be changed on dominos website.

Currently waiting 50 mins for my pizza! Jokers will not be using again.
