Domino'S Pizza - Peterborough - Hampton

Space to sit inside as well as just collect and pay for pizza. Can see pizzas being made. Parking is across the street at least 50 yards away and not many spaces and no accessible spaces I could see. Only high level counter inside so not wheelchair friendly there either. Staff didn't seem very happy to be there.

Cant really give a rating when they dont actually answer the phone for me to even make an order.
Another pizza company gained my custom unfortunately.

The new design is amazing, nice and quiet to eat in, the food is gorgeous but a little pricey.

Took 90 minutes and pizza was cold and tough. I complained and they gave me a free pizza next time, which came without one of the toppings as they had run out. Bad outlet of a normally good franchise

The staff are always friendly and very helpful and the food is always prepared and served to a very high standard .

Poor service & organisation. First get a call to say no feta cheese, so pizza ordered originally online changed (why not update your website?). Then driver arrives and says, "sorry I have the wrong order here for you, will be back in 2 minutes". After waiting with the front door open for 5 minutes it is very clear this was not to be taken literally! Twenty minutes later, the driver reappears and we ask "are these pizzas going to be warm?" To which we are told we can call in the store if they are not. Unsurprisingly, the pizzs were cold, having completed cooking about 45minutes to an hour ago according to the Dominos App. Might have been a good idea to remake the pizzas rather than deliver cold ones? Now waiting another 30 minutes or so for fresh pizza - likely to be two hours after deliver was requested....

The Domino's team in Hampton are always friendly and helpful. Food is awesome (of course!) and cooked to perfection as per what you'd expect from Domino's. We always use this branch, and it's handy for the local shops on the Vale too!

messed up my order. Instead on them calling me to say they'd run out of what I'd ordered they replaced it with something that I couldn't eat.
