Domino'S Pizza - Plympton

1st experience with (Plympton) Dominos: Ordered online. App told me my order was ready for collection. Arrived at the door. Was told not ready yet. 15 minutes later was told another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later was told another 5 minutes. 30 minutes later!!!.... got my food. What the hell is the point of that online order thingy when it's sooo inaccurate!!?!!.
2nd experience with (Plympton) Dominos:
Ordered online. App told me my order was ready for collection. Arrived at door. Was told another 5 minutes. Thought to myself "oh yea here we go again". 5 minutes later was told another couple minutes. Thought to myself "OMG!!" 😠. 2 minutes later food came out..... relieved. Gets home. I start to eat food, after all, I'm absolutely starving and waited longer than intended! Gets half way through my munch... "something is missing?" 🤔. I haven't got any chicken on my CHICKEN SURPREME!! They offer refund or replacement if I stop eating and wait for new delivery which would be another 30minutes.... I'm starving!! No way! ABSOLUTELY USELESS!! For the record... I've gone to many dominos in the past. I'm getting old. AND I love my takeaways 😂. Never had any issues with any other dominos in the past. BUT THE PLYMPTON Dominos IS ABSOLUTELY USLESS!!! Don't waste your time.... get a £4 pizza from co op next door instead.

Utterly revolting, undercooked, sparse toppings and ridiculously overpriced. Having had to drive there when we wanted delivery because the girl on the phone was unable to work the til (nor did she know what deals they did or didn't have on) we were still met with the same confusion at the till by the same girl. Huge bill which was queried and I was told that 4 extra toppings were just over £15 and that's why the bill was so large!!!! Inedible pizza and grumpy customers was the end result. Will never use them again, there are much better pizza places in plympton.

Food isn't bad but not a good price for what you get.

The pizza here is hardly ever fresh. And Domino's is just overpriced. Get an oven pizza from the Co-Op next door - it's about a fifth of the price and a hundred times tastier.

Bitterly disappointed with the service. Kept me on the phone for over 20 Minutes, so I missed the deal. After building up the courage to speak on the phone, I felt humiliated when your staff thought my spelling error was amusing. The midweek rescue deal became the midweek crisis deal. I will now be looking elsewhere for my crew treat night. Utterly disgusted. I can't believe you've done this!

P.S. shame on you dominos. Shame. On. YOU!

Usual dominos. Good pizza and overpriced

It's vastly overpriced, complaints are handled terribly- all the way to the head office and the staff just don't care.

Clean premises and pleasant staff but a rather disappointing pizza. Had a large half and half. The toppings were very sparse and probably wouldn't of covered a small pizza. Will avoid using again as expensive and poor quality.
