Domino'S Pizza - Saffron Walden

Not for the first time, waited two hours for our pizza, only to be told that it was going to be another hour... hopefully!! Staff didn't care less when I cancelled. Went next door to Calzone, great pizza in 15 minutes!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

An hours wait.When the pizza arrived my sauces were missing and the pizza was cold.the manger offered me a refund which I appreciated ,but was really disappointed by the late cold pizza .wont be ordering from here again.

Absolutely advise that you avoid this branch! If you order for deliver then you will wait up to 3 hours for a stone cold pizza. When you call the store the managment will say something along the lines of "oh sorry but we are just too busy" and you'll wish you ordered from the decent independent pizza shop next door called Calzone.

Absolutely ruining the good brand of Domino's, never seen this anywhere else. When you speak to their central complaints people they will apologise but nothing changes and they don't follow through with what they promise. Just don't go here!

Ordered pizza on line, phone 45 mins later to find out what was happening, was told driver could not find address, was assured that they had sent another driver that knew where the address was. 35 mins later still no pizza, when I called again was told address could still not be found and they could not get through on mobile number, Lucy went off to speak to her manager, when she came back she informed me that they would have to make another pizza but would be 1 hr wait!!!!!!.. saffron Walden dominos you distgrace the dominos name. Will never order from you again,

An unrelenting barrage of incompetent buffoonery; tarnishing the good name of Domino's.

Our order was late (even after it said 'delivered' on my order information online.) Once it finally arrived, the delivery man only had half our order; We tried to tell him this only to realize he didn't speak a word of English. We started eating the other half only to then realize one of the pizza's had half the ingredients missing.

I'll be recommending them to my worst enemy.

Good staff

Very late delivery, 20+ minutes waiting outside during mid-winter. Then when got inside to start eating we realised the order was wrong #nostuffedcrust.

Great service, helped me with different order options and informed me of their review rewards. And as always amazing food
