Domino'S Pizza - Slough

Ordered pizza for collection after 30 min when I went there they just told me they forget to make it . So disappointed with this store

Very nice pizza and it's but one get one free when you pick it up from the shop.

Never back! I made a order and after 1h waiting i call to the dominos and nobody pick up the phone....wast of time never call dominos

Reasonable pizzas and conveniently located on the road into Slough from the Motorway.
Normally fairly easy to park in the road directly outside, although pulling back out into the traffic can be difficult if you are turning right.

I love Domino's pizza, especially the Italian one. Altrough I saw lots of negative reviews, I ordered on a Friday evening and they delivered faster than they said: under 45 min.

Ok, I've been ordering from here for years, and something happened in the last couple of years where I think it either changed ownership or management. Anyway my experience from the beginning was great, would sometimes order 2-3 times a month but since the change I phoned up to order, they took the order, I turned up and they have no food and say they didnt receive my order. I was fuming. What sort of people do they have working here. Today I ordered another pizza and the quality has definitely dropped. They are not using fresh ingredients it appears as the peppers look old and burnt. Really disappointing as I'm not keen on pizza hut. Still ill travel further to get it rather than got to this mess of a domino's. Don't get food from here you have been warned.

Never Again. After an hour of waiting, the online pizza tracker said the pizza has been delivered. I tried calling the shop and the customer service for about an hour but no one bothered to pick up. almost 2 hours after ordering, got a call from the driver, who was a rather polite fella, saying he's got my pizza. Unfortunately, he is not allowed to deliver it to my flat door so I had to go outside to meet him. He said the shop does not answer the phone because they are busy and I should try again the next morning. All food was called and soggy when delivered. I am never ordering dominos in Slough again and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered a pizza at 10pm on the app, 30 minutes later the i checked the tracker and was told it is out on delivery. i get a call at 1046pm to state that 'we only have 1 driver so your pizza will be there now in 30 minutes' i was surprised why i had been given incorrect information via the app. The manager then said he will do me a new pizza, and give me £5 off. which is a great gesture but thats not what i want at this time of night. The store closes at 1145pm and no one has answered the phone since 1110pm. I don't understand what is going on. It is now 1028pm and no sign of my order. This is not what i expected. This is run like a cheap pizza shop on the Farnham Road. ...... Answer your Phone......

Food was Scrumptiouse! The pizza was cold and really yummy. My family enjoyed it and the waiters were perfect . First class!! Amaze!

I regulary buy from here as this store is the nearest..today i had terrible experience..Ordered online for late collection but looks they prepared pizza when ordered so it was not hot enough on collection time.

I've never had a good experience with this Dominoes but its the only one in Slough so when we're desperate we have been know to use them and every experience is always the same. They take ages to answer the phone, the food always take forever (sometimes its cold when it arrives) but the worse experience I ever had was when we ordered two pizzas and within 4-6 hours of eating it everyone who'd had a slice was down with food poisoning. After the incident. I contacted Dominoes to inform them it'd had happened because obviously this restaurant needs a closer look at and they 'challenged' me to send in the pizza box in question so they could check the food poisoning was from that pizza. I had food poisoning for days that was so bad I nearly ended up in hospital from dehydration why would I have kept the pizza or the pizza box? so of course I had nothing to send in and they dismissed our complaint which is just incompetence, whether they suspected we had a real claim of food poisoning or not, they should have send someone from the environmental agency to check the place out yet nothing. I haven't eaten a dominoes since.
