Domino'S Pizza - Swindon - Old Town

Staff very rude. Some of my friends tried to order pizza over for the phone, one of the staff members passed racist comments, imitating their accent. Their arrogance and insensitive behaviour
is heartbreaking and has caused a lot of hurt. Sad really, not sure if any action will be taken against this.??

I tried calling for home delivery today and the guy is acting as if they got bad connection. Probably they are out of dilivery drivers.

Worst dominoes ever ordered wish I checked reviews before. Cookies are shrunk and not gooey. Base of the pizza was like a microwave pizza you can buy in Iceland. No offence Iceland but the base was hard as rock and disgusting!

Ordered twice in 3 days. 1st time forgot some items. Never redelivered missing items. 2nd time they gave pizza with wrong toppings. Called to complain and they laughed. Called again they said they would redeliver. No show. Called again for the manager to be rude and not wanting to speak to me. Now sending a deliver to pick up pizza for refund.

Absolutely disgusted with the manager, he spoke to me like I was the s**t on his shoe.
I had placed a large expensive order for my family and asked for 2 extra garlic dips, as soon as I put the phone down I realised they may have thought I wanted the small individual pots and I wanted the large tubs of dip.I rang back immediately (no more than 2 mins later) and was told they had put 2 small dips on the order and I couldn't change it as the order had already left...I asked how they could have made my pizza and cooked it in 2 mins....I asked for the manager....who then started screaming at me down the phone , I told him I would call his head office and report him and he told me to go ahead!! Judging by the reviews on here it seems as though Domino's has gone completely downhill, they definitely need to get rid of the manager, he has absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. I would never use Domino's in Old Town again, the worst customer service ever.

Poor customer service. Order placed online. Turns up in reasonable time but missing drinks. Driver says will come sraight back with them. 40 mins later still no drinks. I phoned the shop and was told the driver should be less than 10 mins because already left. 25 mins later and still no drinks.!!!!! Not first time they made mistake either.

Never using again. Third time they've not sent complete order despite using the app...how hard is it to follow an order which is clearly written?. Delivery driver never comes in the premises he phones from outside. Last time he took the order back to the shop because i missed his call! This time i specifically noted on the comment section to please come in the premises AND i followed this up with a phone call. Is there an issue with delivering a pizza?? Not at all happy with the service, do i really have to go out to the vehicle to collect my pricey order?,

When I entered the store the staff were not paying much attention to customers seemed more interested in larking about . When I was finally able to order the server had to repeat it 3 or 4 times to me and he STILL got it wrong after waiting for what seemed like an hour I finally got my order and drove home to discover that some of the items were wrong and items were also missing tried to contact the store only to be told sorry we can't help you at the moment please contact customer services. Needless to say I will never visit them again

Don't order if you like hot pizza. Mine always Warm. Don't order if you like Garlic Pizza Bread. Mine always fights for flavour. Don't order if you like frozen ice cream. Mine always soft & need freezer straight away. Free dips always Warm Garlic as no choice online. Potato Wedges are too floury. Need to teach your staff how to cook a pizza that carries the Domino Trademark.
