Domino'S Pizza - Thetford

It's OK not the best around a month ago I waited two hours for pizzas to arrive they arrived and the driver was rude saying they are busy. We ringed up for an hour no reply. When pizza came it was warm. We got a refund. Last 2 times pizza has been better and good.

Ordered pizza here on 12/10/17. Pizza took an hour to arrive. Once arrived the pizza was cold and not that great. I am now giving 2 stars and won't be ordering from here for a few months

Pizza arrived in half an hour. Much better this time and hot and fresh and really nice

Great staff, never have an issue with the food either

Given them chance after chance but I Deffo won't use them again. As previous have stated the staff that you speak to when you ring up are ether clueless or just rude. 3 times I've had stone cold pizza delivered only to be told if I want what I ordered 'hot' it would be at least an hour and a half. They can't be that busy with so many terrible reviews, I'm surprised they're still going. Honestly avoid them at all costs unless your going in to order and wait as clearly delivery is very very low on the priority list for them.

Also just to add 3 times, same driver, went to the compelling wrong address. The person they left it with had to tell him on 3 seperate occasions where to go.

Just plain bad

**Update: Have ordered from them 2 separate occasions since previous review and food was delivered hot and timely based on location. Great Change!

Customer service is nonexistent. If you are in a crunch its worth a gamble due to lack of options but not reliable nor worth the headache.

So I called up today and the phone was answered by a girl that seemed like she was completely clueless to what she needed to do.. I was telling her my order and she simply could not understand a word I was telling her, it was as if we were speaking completely different languages... I eventually had to ask to speak to someone else because I was getting nowhere with her. Someone did eventually take my order and told me it would take up to an hour to get to me but they would try to make it quicker. We waited about an hour and the driver, Nikolas, called me up asking where the house was and saying that he couldn't find us... We then had to leave the house and look for him, only to find that he was stood at the top of the street at house number 1, which is far from 45, because he was reading the Domino's address on the bag instead of the instructions which were literally, right underneath that sticker... They were so clear that we noticed straight away and showed the guy. I can't believe such simple tasks were made so difficult.
Pizza was still good, which surprised me but the dimmest of staff, ever.
