Love Doniford bay for its location, walks and the caravan park has a really good restaurant and fish and chip bar. Good swimming pool
We all (the family and I) had a great time with plenty of activities... but book them up on first arriving. Nice walks on the beach but bring sturdy shoes for that as some great rocks to clamber over.
Staff friendly, good location to explore the surrounding area. Some of the shows (I saw them all- a decent mix) were repeated in the week I was there, and too many relied on audience screeching. Activities were fun, although archery tent cover needed some care. Parts of the camp could do with a lick of paint.
Lovely weekend break. Staff obliging and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Children had a fab time at the pool fun sessions. Caravan spotlessly clean. Entertainment okay. We would return.
Lovely park so peaceful and relaxing. Super friendly and helpful security staff. Guy on the gate is a legend. He rocks. Huge caravan for two of us, lovely and clean. Pristine beds made up. Lovely area with stunning views even in the rain. The mist on the hills spectacular . We love it here and will be back for longer. All the staff friendly and cheerful.
Excellent caravan accommodation. Only downside was some inaccurate info due to quiet season eg finding the shop had shut at 6pm when the info pack said open until 8pm. Guy on security at entrance really loves his job :-)
OK as stated on website. Quiet site. Beach disappointing. Nearest town is Watchet. Need a car to get anywhere.
Caravan not very clean - we had to get cleaners and maintenance in as soon we had the caravan keys. Food is ok. Chippy pricey and not very nice. Facilities good ideal for younger family's. Swimming pool nice and clean.
Had a lovely holiday. The park is very well presented and spotlessly clean. Friendly and welcoming staff and our little girl loved the seaside squad!!
A truly lovely, relaxing park with equally wonderful staff. The park is on the smaller side, therefore it never feels overcrowded or full and is suitable for those looking for a quieter break away. Our party included young children and elderly parents and all (including an 18 year old!) enjoyed the site and what it has to offer in terms of facilities and entertainment. We will be returning in due course!

Even if only for a day out
Oh my days. Where should I start. My holiday was heaven on earth. It was absolute beautiful, entertaining, fun and the weather was on our side. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Our caravan was one of the poshest. The only downside was I didn't enjoy the indoor and outdoor pool. Due to the fact that it was mostly crowded and of course that brings a lot of dirt into the indoor pool from the outdoor pool. But apart from the swimming pool everything was perfect. I will go again.
Robert is the welcome host and may well be the first person you encounter on site. I will not ruin the experience of meeting him for the first time. Suffice to say, you will remember him and that is all I am saying.
The rest of the staff are very polite & will help you as much as they can. The accommodation is clean & presentable. Due to being away from the site till late, we have never used the onsite entertainment facilities but they look very nice.
There is a SPAR shop located near the back of the main complex. Go here every year & really hate to leave.
Set in beautiful surroundings. Very quiet but we did visit out of season. I would go back and would definitely recommend.
