We visited twice with our dog Millie, while staying at doniford Haven park, we had breakfast there both times, nice food fast & friendly service, in a relaxing environment, would definitely go back again, we didn’t have any children with us, but it’s a great place for children as well.

We visited the play barn here with our daughter just after they re-opened and she loved it. A great area for children to play and for parents to sit and have a drink and a snack while being able to see what yr children are up to!

Liked it so much that, we booked her birthday party here, which was 2 weeks ago.

We had a lovely sized private room, with long table in for the children to eat at.

We were able to decorate how we wanted (in our case Frozen themed), play some music and, the staff were very helpful with serving hot food, supplying jugs of cold drinks for the children and were very accommodating.

14 children of various ages had a lovely couple of hours.

We stopped by for a carvery today, the food was absolutely lovely and the service fantastic. Once we had eaten we popped over to the play barn, wow, what a fantastic use of the space!The play barn is just brilliant, my children spent a good hour happily playing. We found it to be great value for money. We will certainly be visiting often!

We gave the new donniford farm ago this morning and so glad we did!! Play barn is brilliant. Lovely and clean and bright and safe. The kids can't escape and u can see into the play area really well. Good prices and nice food. Kids would have been happy there all day! We will be back with the little ones when the holidays are over!! Kids enjoyed seeing the donkeys and mini shetlands and any other animals would be a bonus but the play barn is really good in itself!!

Visited today and it was lovely. Play barn was so clean and tidy, the toilets were very clean, and the food and drinks so reasonably priced. Loved the pocket money snacks and sweets to. And the Staff super friendly. We will be returning and looking forward to watching the place grow

Visited this farm when on holiday this week with one toddler and one baby. They loved the play barn and the restaurant had great tasting cakes and so reasonable. Would definately return if in the area. Everything was soo clean. However more animals over the next months would definately improve the park. Or maybe some outdoor play.

Visited Sunday for the roast dinner with my wife and 6year old boy. We all enjoyed it and found it value for money. All fresh and meat was good. Jack also enjoyed playing in the indoor play centre afterwards. Overall a nice experience.

Today I held my kids birthday party at the farm. We was the first people to have a party here and it was amazing! Great value for money. Helpful staff . Great food and fab portions. Stress free party ! Would recommend it to anyone planning a kids party ! ... thanks Annabel it was everything I hoped for x

Popped in 2 weeks again for a light lunch, very impressed with both the food and the prices. Visited again last Saturday for friends to see but it was too early for us to have lunch so we just had lovely coffees sitting on comfy sofas next to the deli area. Was not rushed either time there, staff friendly and helpful, will pop in again next time passing.

Just had the carvery after a bit of fun in the soft play and animal park... carvery was 100% bang on . Lucky to have this place just down the road.

I took my bubbas and my nieces here yesterday and I have to say I was very impressed. So nice to see a great venue for family’s near home, it’s a welcome addition to our quirky town. I will definitely be a regular, wonderful staff and everything reasonably priced. Can’t wait to come back xx

I had my 21st Birthday Party at Doniford farm and it was absolutely amazing, the staff were fantastic, and the buffet was amazing so Thankyou to the chefs that cooked the food! The bar was stocked up with some of our favourite drinks and the bar staff were also amazing! Annabelle was nothing but great help from the start she made sure all my questions were answered and that I would have an amazing day and I really did. I’d like to thank all the staff at doniford farm for helping set up my party it was a truly fantastic night that I will cherish forever! Thankyou all �xx

I am so impressed with this place, it’s clean and really well put together. The staff have been very friendly and we are regular visitors here even though it’s about a 30 minute drive for us. I really look forward to seeing how the farm shop expands and wish them every luck for the future.

Easily the cleanest children’s play area we’ve been too! � Staff were really friendly. Restaurant was excellent. It was lovely to watch the animals whilst eating lunch. All the animals looked really well looked after. ����

Visited here in the week with my 2 daughters. Lovely little place & great play area. My girls loved it but had to leave about 1 due to it getting very busy which is understandable as half term but there was older children which I would actually say looked older than 12 running riot around the play area & knocked my daughter flying twice! Really wish some parents would keep an eye on their children!!

There’s a small menu in the play area which is great but would be good to have maybe a lunch box option too with sandwiches & a few other things. I know you have a restaurant but would of been good to stay in there & for them to have a sandwich rather than a cooked meal. Will definitely return though when it’s a bit quieter.

Popped in for a carvery today with my parents who are visiting from London, the food was beautiful both main and desert, our waiter Peter was super friendly and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. It is definitely still a work in progress but so far so good! �

Lovely food and coffee! Staff were super when we advised that their new guinea pigs need hay 24/7 (and the straw they'd been given is a big NO!) Hope they have hay now as those gorgeous guinea pups will need it to grow big and strong. Alpacas & donkeys are so sweet. Loved it.

Great to have soft play on our doorstep but I was disappointed in how cold the play barn was and how the carpet was quite wet. We sat there in our coats and didn’t stay in there long. We all went home with wet feet and on a cold day that wasn’t very nice. Hot chocolate was lush though! It would also be really helpful to have a step in the toilets and a children’s toilet seat. Food in the restaurant was lovely. It would be good to have a few toys in the restaurant like there used to be, to keep children entertained whilst eating. A play kitchen or something would be great. Love the animals and looking forward to see what is next on the cards.

We went today after travelling miles and left after 10 minutes!!! Saw 3 goats, some guinea pigs and rabbits and a few llamas in the distance. Used to love this place for the kids but still needs a lot of work in my opinion and wasn’t worth travelling for. Had very disappointed children! Play area looked good but not suitable in this heat. Shame
