RESTAURANT:
Our restaurant offers a taste of Italy in Olney in the heart of the English countryside. We place great emphasis on the freshness and variety of the menu and try to promote Italian ingredients and value whenever possible in the dishes we offer. What do we recommend? Everything of course! If you have any particular requirement and if would you like any dishes prepared differently please just ask Julie or Giovanni.
We are open lunchtimes on Tuesday to Friday and on Sunday from 12 Noon till 2: 00 pm when we serve any two-course lunch and coffee for £10. 50. Children under 12 are half-price on Sundays. In the evenings we are open Monday to Saturday from 7: 00pm till 10: 00 pm
We can cater for all occasions Weddings, Business Lunches and Parties and for groups of up to fifty five people. We always have a large selection of wine and champagne available.
WINES:
We went in the restaurant business in 1992 and whenever we were going on holidays by car to Italy trough France and Switzerland, past Reims and piedmont , Tuscany, we could admire some lovely vines fields, and ever since we have always talked about starting a wine company, we started to build up some kind of relationship with some of the most prominent suppliers of Italian wines and French, with nearly 20 years of experience visiting vineyards and winemakers alike, we have crafted a selection of superior wines for every occasion, from entry-level to icon and classic to cutting-edge.
A glance through our list will re-affirm our affinity with the clients, our selection respects the food it has to pair, and we prefer wines of elegance, rather than wines that will find you under the table after a meal. We know that by concentrating on wines of elegance, we miss out on the rapid growth of large brands, but I am also old enough to have learned that these brands come and go, because-apart from becoming increasingly boring – they rarely deliver what the promise, sugar excepted.
We import our wines mainly from all regions in Italy from head to toe, we will also stock some good quality grappa, and some Italian spirits, we have a good selection of French wines and champagne, new world wines and if you have a special request we will try and get it.

... The wine we are offering is a delicious local wine from Giovanni's village in Italy.
Selection of starters are available on the evening as well as complimentary mince pies to finish off your meal.

What a delight to find such a charming place to eat. The food was of a very high standard, and the service excellent. We were made most welcome, and will certainly return again.
We have always enjoyed the excellent food at the restaurant but are usually too full to try desert. For my daughters birthday I ordered cakes to have at her tea party and they looked and tasted fantastic. Thank you Gabriella.
We have a really fabulous meal with dear friends at this restaurant when we visited.
Seriously looking forward to August for a repeat visit
Visited the restaurant with my Girlfriend. We both had the two course dinner menu which was great value at £12.50! The food was delicious, and the service fast and friendly. Highly Recommended!
