We are really happy with the transformation of this former Womens Institute building in the Northumberland National Park. The new extension complements the building whilst the main hall still retains many of its original features providing comfortable accommodation.

The volunteers at Allen Smelt Mill have been shortlisted for an Historic England Angel Award for 'The Best Craftsperson or Apprentice on a Heritage Rescue or Repair Project 2018'

We were delighted to work with National Trust to bring back to life this former farm shop. We hope visitors enjoy the new facility.

Built in 1891 this stable block was relatively unchanged since construction, its significance is recognised by its Listed Building Status. We have designed and delivered a new chapter for the building, which now includes holiday accommodation. Here is a small selection of before and after photographs showing the transformation which has taken place
