A box is never just a box, in our Early Years workshops. It's a beach hut, a space ship, a rocket, a shop, a dinosaur, its anything your child wants it to be. Lots of smiles and laughter from today's session! All welcome to join us next week from 10am till 11am in the Learning Lab at Torre Abbey, £3.50 each with Free admission into the Abbey after. Bertie the Bear is excited to see everyone this morning at Torre Abbey Museum. Early Years imaginative play, parents with children aged 0-4 all welcome to drop in! 10am till 11am - learning lab £3.50.

We reopened #DYT for new members this eve and Josh taught some commedia del'arte.... Great session with some new faces.

Tonight #DYT got a special invite to visit the @eyeview_programme HQ... we loved it! Loads of new ideas forming by the young people... To include pizza night, music night, small performances and street theatre!

Our wonderful Co-Director @ErinWalcon spent a good 6 hours on the train to go to the amazing The Old Courts in Wigan! Contributing to and sharing visions and planning the future of our CTN!

Music Mondays & DYT is back on tonight and we can't wait to see you all. There are still spaces on our Music Mondays course. This group is a place for young adults (11-20yrs) to gain experience in their chosen instrument in a supportive group and develop performance skills. Little Theatre Youth did a brilliant job last night performing Arabian Nights. Only 2 more shows to go. Go support a group of talented young performers, have a fun evening and get your ticket for only £8. Best line of the show has to be "My laughter died with my first wife" 😂 Well done Becky for directing the show & for all the young people taking part!

Last summer we made a beautiful film.
Greenway Imagined, a project led by Daisi, saw Doorstep Arts work in partnership with the National Trust English Riviera at Greenway to enable participants to gain a sense of life at Greenway during the First World War and to make a creative response to it.
Our DAS Senior Group devised and performed in the film, From Pillar to Post after a term’s development process, led by Polly Ferguson and Meghan Searle. With costumes by Mair George (w...ith huge thanks to Flame Torbay), filmed and edited by Phil Gurr.
