I am a 37 year old lady who used to have a real fear of going to the dentist. I had a very nasty experience years ago and when I reached 35 and knew I needed a lot of dental work including implants and several crowns, I visited 6 dentists in the area before choosing who I would have my work done with.

Dr. Smith and his team gave me the best impression by far. He really knew what he was talking about. He was clear to the point of being quite blunt about my teeth but actually, it was what I needed to hear. He seemed to have the most up to date equipment and he had an anaesthetist who came in especially for one of my appointments.

After a thorough examination, he knew what he wanted to do with my teeth and mouth and explained it so well I felt I really understood how and why he was putting together the treatment plan he was. Georgina, his wife helped me sort out the finances and supported me through my entire treatment plan along with Jo, the hygienist.

Throughout my treatment, I was kept informed of all the stages and why some things have to be done in a certain order. It was hard at times but whenever I needed to see Dr. Smith to ask a question he was available.

I can't thank Dr. Smith and his team enough. I smile in photos and eat with no pain, something I wouldn't have dreamed of a few years ago.

Had a great experience, nearly completed the six month smiles process and very happy with the results. Good consultation from the very beginning, knew exactly what was going to happen, how long the treatment would take and how much it would cost. They have also been great when I knocked a bracket off by eating nuts!
Would certainly recommend the practice.
