Dorrington Road Allotment Association

Our page is for plot holders to share their ideas, photos, and videos from the allotment and also communicate with other plot holders and the committee.

Dorrington Road Allotment Association is a 3. 725 acre site consisting of 87 well-established plots and is boarded by mixed species hedges leading onto broad leaf woodland. We have numerous trees and shrub area’s set aside for wildlife. A track runs through the site towards a secluded top field giving access to all plots.

This is a self managed site as opposed to those managed by a local authority and is leased to us by Lancaster City Council. The association is managed by a committee which is responsible for ensuring the association maintain the site, let plots, and collect rent.
