Willerby Lyndhurst 37 x 12 luxury 2 bedroom double glazed, full central heating static caravan which has been very well maintained with side deck and it's own parking space next to the caravan.

It's situated on Hoburne Park close to historic Christchurch, the beautiful new Forest and one of Britain's coolest resorts Bournemouth with it's miles of sandy beaches, there's plenty to explore while you are here.

Spacious living and dining area with frontal bay window and comfortable wrap round seating, ornate electric fire suite, 29" led tv and dvd player. Freestanding dining table & chairs and patio door that leads onto the side deck.

Kitchen with range style electric cooker, integrated fridge /freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and good quality equipment.

Spacious main bedroom with bay window, double bed and fitted wardrobe and cupboards. En-Suite with wc and sink.

Twin bedroom with 2 beds, fitted cupboards and wardrobes.

Bathroom with wc and sink and large shower enclosure with thermostatic shower and below shallow half bath suitable for small children.

All bed linen is included and beds are made up for your arrival. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

There is a selection of dvd's, games, jigsaws and books.

Membership passes to use the facilities on the site are not included in the price of the holiday but I can arrange these for you at a discounted price in advance.

A £50 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking which is in addition to the price of the holiday, this will be refunded back to you within 5 days of your departure date providing there is no damage, breakages, excess cleaning after checking the caravan after your stay.

Please note the £50 Security Deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.

The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before your arrival date by bank transfer or cheque.
