Beautiful hotel close to great shopping centre and Transport. Cocktail happy hour was fantastic and well made, Dinner was ok but as it was a large group i understand.
I recommend this hotel for private functions and romantic get away.

Fantastic and welcoming reception staff and the bar staff to were fantastic and knew what they we're doing. The restaurant seemed somewhat chaotic at the time however it was rather busy so I couldn't really fault them. Overall I had a fantastic stay in a beautiful room moments away from Westfield. So, great service, fantastic rooms and excellent location. What's not to like.

All in all a really nice hotel. Small details like power outlets next to the bed which so many other hotels seem to miss. Only thing I missed was a steam iron, as the irons in the rooms really isn't of much use. Otherwise really nice hotel with friendly and approachable staff.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff are professional, rooms are super clean, space is well managed, and the toilet and the shower were clean and spacious.
We ordered breakfast, the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable, flexible, and polite, we asked for a gluten free breakfast and she answered all our questions and we got what we ordered. The breakfast is recommended.

My room was a little small, with a window that looked out over the lounge area inside. But was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was served every day, and was quite tasty!

The staff was very friendly and well skilled. I LOVED the complimentary mobile to take along while staying at the hotel. Brilliant! I'm looking forward to returning!

Just returned from a one night stay in this lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean and the breakfast provides you with numerous choices and was tasty. A lovely personal touch.... we arrived in our room to find a chocolate dessert on a plate with the words Happy Anniversary. I briefly mentioned when I booked I was planning a trip to celebrate, the staff obviously must have noted this on the system and a little surprise was waiting our arrival. Thank you. The hotel is very close to the underground and central London is only a 20 minute journey. Excellent value for money and it will now be one of our preferred options when looking for hotels whilst visiting London.

Great hotel, stayed multiple times and always been impressed with rooms and staff. Standard rooms can be small and would advise upgrading to a Delux room if you budget allows. Perfect location when attending Hammersmith Apollo.

Wonderful, marvellous is the name for the Dorsett hotel. The sauna was fabulous and the food, room and bathroom was fantastic. The staff made my experience even more incredible.

Nice hotel. Breakfast is nice and rich. We got a cell phone to use for our stay in London for the room. Location is convenient and there is a shopping mall nearby. Downside - the room service is really expensive. Book massage treatments in advance.
