We decided to use our backdated copies of @olivemagazine recipes to block the windows of our new premises in Lyme Regis. The Pop Up Restaurant will be opening in mid September. We are buying from @millersfarmshop and what we love is there is no impulse buying and I can buy 1/4 of a white cabbage and one of this and that. We have stopped buying weekly and using every SINGLE little thing up. We have saved money doing this and everything is so much nicer. A couple of sprouting spuds in garlic, oil and mixed herbs, raw yellow and green courgette (we only bought one of each and used in three meals) marinated in lime, olive oil and Parmesan (Parmesan, salt, limes, lemons, olive oil and spices always on the shelf), roasted corn on the cobb, rocket. We work the meals around what’s in the fridge and it’s been great.

The best salads, wraps, juices and smoothies and the friendliest helpful staff. The falafel and hummus salad and green goddess juice was awesome, just what was needed after a few days of camping and eating stodge! Really delicious food. X

I'd heard so many good reviews about Dotties, I couldn't wait to try. Definitely not disappointed. Friendly staff, great choice and all prepared fresh. They even convinced my fussy 14 year old to try pesto. Apparently theirs is the best food he's ever tasted! Result!!!

Dotties Kitchen has moved to the Marine Theatre, and opened a few days ago. coffee, bar, wraps and salads. Had lunch on the balcony with stunning view of the Bay. Superb falafel wraps, with salad, feta and dressing. Ample portions and very very tasty. Very friendly staff. Coffee was good too. Will return again, and again!

Dottie's Kitchen recently did all of the catering for our wedding in Lyme Regis. They were amazing from start to finish - not only incredible food but the most lovely team. Ali wanted to make our vision a reality from the very first time we met, and it was better than we ever could have imagined. Thank you so much Ali and Team!
