Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Coventry

Stayed 11th November for one night.
Lovely hotel. Absolutely spotless, room exactly as described and very welcoming staff.
Breakfast was very nice.
We had a chair in our room that had a suspicious looking stain on it and within minutes of reporting it, it was replaced.
Beverley from reception is outstanding.
She was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly ensures that the needs and comfort of guests are more than met and all with a lovely warm smile. Thankyou, Beverley.
All in all we had a lovely time.
If we visit Coventry again we will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay! Comfy beds, food was great and staff were lovely. Really enjoyed being able to control the temperature in the room as well.

The hotel staff were welcoming. Great breakfast. A mini fridge, tea kettle and cups in the room would have been great. The furniture in the bathroom needed a bit of DIY. WiFi was not working. Had to pay £5 to park the car in their own car park.

Really friendly staff. Very clean. Brilliant price considering that I was being charged 20% more at one of Hilton's competitors who were offering the most basic of accommodations.
The checkout staff were some of the friendliest that I have ever seen.

A really welcoming lovely hotel. The leisure facilities are great and open early and late which is nice. The rooms were good, the breakfast was good (make your own waffle machine!) and in the evening table service beers, what more could you want. Nice outdoor patio as well for a motorway junction hotel! The long one way system through the car park can get tiresome after a few times.

Moany managers horrible staff service. The pool staff were silly in the fact it was a rugby tour and you needed one adult per two kids. The food was lovely though

Lovely hotel. The décor was modern and all parts of the hotel was clean. My room had everything i needed and the bed was so comfy! I would definitely recommend

Room was very good clean and a good size. Food was of a good quality and lots of variety for breakfast. The staff were great
