Stayed here dec.-16 Perfect walking distance to Oxford Street. Excellent service and it was no problem living here with our baby, very friendly and helpfull staff. I will definitely recommend this hotel �

Smiley and approachable staff (notably Mihir at reception). Good food and accommodation is at a good price for what it is on offer!

It's easy to describe this hotel, one word. WOW! Not because of the size, the most luxurious or the facilities. No, it's because of the location, the practicalities, the perfect size of the family room and bathroom, and best of all... The TOP service, they made my trip! Thanks to ROK the duty manager, to Matthew the receptionist and Mounir the man with the master plan! You are GREAT!

I would give 10 out of 10 and will differently go back and stay longer more then one night. Room very nice bed very comfortably and Beckfast a big choice. Staff very welcome and helpful and loved the cookie �

A wonderful comfortable stay with the heart of Oxford street by its doorstep. A very big thank you to housekeeping and front desk staff who helped me find my passport!

One night stay on business. Complimentary upgrade to a duplex (bedroom upstairs) suite. Welcoming staff. Good meal in the bar. Decent breakfast.

Ideal location, pleasant and efficient staff. Nice size, clean rooms but they do need to reconsider their lack of free wifi in the rooms .

Excellent location within a couple of minutes to Oxford St & close to the Marble Arch underground station. Check in was great & the concierge was very helpful , I think it was Danny as well as the receptionist.

We had booked standard queen size room & were given a few choices .However for an additional amt we decided on a larger room .

We had to check in twice. First check in was good rooms given were good we went to Europe and upon second check in rooms given were not good. Our reservation were done at the same time but anyway will think again before deciding to come back.

I m stying this hotel since 2009 hotel location very good for shopping just around corner of oxford street

but this time I did not get room early check inn Paid 298£ per night and we don't get early room not happy with front desks staff and I am silver card member.

The bed and pillow of the room are too soft , worst than a water bed. The toilet drainage system on bathtub and sink not working. This is the worst hotel that I have check-in in my whole life.

Not a good representation of a Hilton hotel! No where near worth the £385 a night.

No wifi!!!!! Well I heard it was available...for £9!! What's that all about. My local greasy cafe has wifi. Shame on you hotel. Tight gets�

It started off well with a warm cookie on arrival, however that was about the only positive of the stay. At 11pm the 'ire alarm went off, ourselves and other guests were stood in doorways looking for direction. It took about 10 minutes before the staff emerged to take lead of the situation and evacuate us out of the hotel. Whilst I appreciate that a fire alarm is out of your control, the lack of staff management to evacuate or information while we were stood around was appalling. It was fortunate that this was not a serious fire as I doubt if all guests were out quick enough, for instance there were guests just emerging from the hotel after we had been stood outside for over 15 minutes. When we did return to our rooms and got back to bed we found the heating in our room was not working- having turned it up to 28C and no more warmth in the room an hour later. Having spent more of the night awake than asleep we slept in our fleeces! I I had a very cold half night sleep, and was offered a complementary drink at the bar- shame we were checking out that morning......
