Doubletrees Farm - Caravan & Campsite

This was our first holiday without our children. I have to say was absolutely hilarious. When we arrived the owner had been expecting a call from us to say we were going going to cancel our holiday.
No we said, we're on holiday, well I think weather wise, apart from snow our little tent was put through everything you can imagine.
The site was brilliant, clean toilets, showers a laundry room, very reasonably priced and a washing up area. There were skips for every day rubbish.
We had such a great time we are going to book again.
I miss the friendly people you meet, the view of the sea first thing in the morning.
The whole experience was absolutely excellent, Vic and I (Michele )miss everything soo much
I've called it the Holiday Hump

This was the best camping holiday I've had for over fifteen years
We experienced everything that Mother Nature could throw at us apart from the Sun lol
It was a beautiful camp site with views of the sea as soon as you woke up, everything was clean and looked after, the camp sight had clean toilets,showers, a washing up area, and various skips for recycling
As this was a pin in the map holiday, we couldn't have chosen a better place
I would like to add, it's not a place for children, as there isn't anything to do.
The camp site is more for people that go on long trips and use it as a stop off
Everyone were so friendly
I've told everyone that I'm suffering from The Holiday Hump, We miss it all very much

Very friendly and helpful owner. Sue was amazing and made our stay in Cornwall even better. The pitch was good, reasonably flat and in a quiet area with lovely views. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit cornwall.

Fantastic camp site have been coming here for 15yrs .Sue and family are so lovely everything is kept so neat and clean couldn't find a better place to spend a holiday all my family come to and we all love it here thank you for a great time Sue Trevor and families

Extremely clean and well maintained. Dog friendly and very close to a large dog friendly sandy beach. All well known super stores nearby. Ideal for campers who want to get away from kiss me quick locations.

Great views, very clean, excellent toilet/shower facilities, and a short walk to Eden project. Also, the Chinese near by is really good. This is a quiet site, so if you are looking for late night entertainment it might not be for you.

I visited this place 2 months before for 5 day holidays with my friends. As I am from France, I was not much familiar with campsites in St. Austell, but i am happy that i made a decision to visit Doubletrees Farm Caravan and Campsite. It is situated in the center and close to other attractions of the city. It is really wonderful to stay and have a great time with your loved ones. I had a fantastic experience with this campsite and recommend other people to visit at least once.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Doubletrees Farm Caravan and Campsite for 3 days. It is just a few steps from Eden Project which is yet another local attraction here. I am amazed with the luxurious service and rooms offered to us. I had peaceful holidays here and enjoyed my time with family. Their rates are also affordable as compared to other Camping sites in Saint Austell. They offer 36 marked pitches which cover our all basic requirements like toilets, laundry rooms, etc. Spot location is wonderful for Camping. We are going to visit again without any doubt. I would like to recommend to visit this place to enjoy holidays with your family.

It was very good to be able to have our tent near our car in this place as we couldnt do the same at Eden Project hostel camping facilities. Lovely people from Doubletree that have recommended us a place to eat etc thanks

lovely level campsite with fantastic views over looking the sea.sue the owner is really friendly and helpful.nothing is too much trouble for her.lovely clean toilets and showers.sue works really hard and its a credit to her.we will definatley be returning for our holidays again.1 of the best sites we have stayed on.

Best campsite i have ever stayed at! spent many summers with my family here and can not fault it one bit. Vue from the site is spot on overlooking down towards the sea all facilities are spotless and clean and as for the owner sue she is one of the most freindly people i have met.

My second visit here and love it. The views are fantastic and an even better welcome. We will definately be coming back
