Downs’ Fish & Chips first opened in 1970 and our founder, Anthony Thomas Downs, believed in a quality product at a good price. His beliefs have continued through the years and with more than 45 years of experience, we have perfected the nation’s most treasured dish – fish and chips. At our fish and chip shops in Hull, East Yorkshire, we have always sourced only the finest ingredients and traceable produce for our traditional British food.
