DOCK GATE 10 to remain closed until 0600 Tuesday 20th November. ABP Southampton - Port of Southampton advises "After further inspection by a structural engineer, the works to DG 10 will be more extensive and require more time to make safe." Please be aware that dock gate 10 is currently closed due to a traffic related incident.
Dock gate 8 has been opened to small vehicles only.
For container traffic, please continue to follow the diversion routes and use dock gate 20 to enter and leave the port.

Please be advised of significant roadworks at Millbrook roundabout that are planned to start from 1 October that will affect your journey into the port via Dock Gate 20 (DG 20)
DP World Southampton has liaised with the council’s highways contractor to minimise the impact on traffic flow into and out of the container terminal.
The highways contractor has assured DPWS that, at least, one way in or out of DG 20 via the Millbrook roundabout and First Avenue will remain open.
... PLEASE NOTE: From 1 October to mid-November traffic coming from the M271 via Redbridge Road (A33) will need to follow the appropriate routes for HGVs to return to DG 20 and enter from the Third Avenue road junction. The Millbrook flyover will remain open during the entire duration of the scheduled works and therefore access via DG 10 to DP World Southampton will always be available.

As a hgv driver out of 3 docks this is number 2 place gateway being 1 southampton u r in and out same at gateway filxstowe is just well need I say more

When it's good it's great but when it's bad it's terrible and if you combine a bad day and then go onto pentalvers then it's a real real bad day couldn't somebody come up with an app so a driver can track the container he's waiting for and question why he's Been there for over an hour . somebody has got to be accountable for keeping us on a slot for more than an hour

Not bad at all! Usually pretty quick in and out here, only thing it needs is a complete resurfacing for 5 stars, apart from that top bunch!

Must have an aversion to slots below 40 in area 2. As sat here over an hour now watching higher slots get turn round in few mins. Think articulated truck would be visible
