YH65 UNP Your driver was up my backside trying to push me along in a 30mph zone with his O/S wheels in the other lane through Fornham All Saints at 0610hrs today, i then turned left for Culford, no speed limit so accelerated normally and he tried to come past me, a car came the other way and he had to pull back tooting his horn etc. Then came into a 40mph zone at Culford and then 30mph i was slowind down to 35 ish and he sped past me giving me a dirty look. Your happy no doubt with the amount of deliveries he does but, DPD drivers are NOT exempt from the laws of the road..........

What a piss poor service I booked a pick up for today to go to Sweden payed 64 the pick up time is between 9 am and 6 guess what no one turned up ... to add insult to injury if I want to contact customer services I have to pay a premium rate number .... what a shit buissness model u ought to be ashamed

Well after waiting days for a parcel, tracking saying it was in Manchester and nothing on the app to say I have a delivery. Finally contact them by phone to be told it’s still in London and not even been collected yet, six days later...wnhy is the company still in business

You are without doubt an absolute shambles of a company

Waiting in for my husbands replacement phone to be delivered today. Stood in my kitchen watched the DPD van arrive , I thought I will give them a minute to knock when they didnt I looked again and they were gone.

Instantly got an email stating sorry we missed you , well had you have got out of the van and knocked you wouldnt have done.

Am so angry and now have the hassle of rescheduling the delivery. Wont be using again or recommending to anybody else.

Waiting in for a delivery for the van driver to tell me he has left it by the water pipes at the back of the house.

How can your van drivers get away with this? l am disgusted. One of the parcels was really heavy. l am 65 and not able to lift it, so had to get a neighbour to help. Wouldn't recommend DPD

Waiting for an urgent item to be told it was being delivered a day before I was expecting it. As I was at work and no one would be gone I chose the option to have it delivered to a pick up shop nearby the next day. I waited all day for confirmation it had been delivered and got nothing. Twice I called the office and was on hold for upwards of 30 minutes to be told it should be delivered today but they were having issues with the system. 5 minutes after the store closed I received an email to say the item had been delivered. So this morning I sort it so I could go in work a little later to go and pick up said item only for the pickup shop to not have it. I was then on hold for 30 minutes only to find out the driver isn’t working today and that they can’t get a hold of them until Monday and that I am best to contact the sender to raise an investigation. Shocking service.

Waited for parcel which didn't arrive, and no one tried to deliver any thing as was looking out for delivery. Apparently there was a card put through my letter box, well I guess it didn't make it out of the van because there is no card on my doorstep. And I paid to get this service I'd expect my money back but I will not hold my breath.

Unprofessional. Don’t call back when they promise. Almost a week for a parcel that should have taken 2 days at the most. Finally arrived only for the item to be totally broken. Cannot get through to the customer services department and the Live Chat keeps cutting me off! Would not recommend.

Shocking customer service. This organisation deliver medical supplies to me around every six weeks. The items come in two packages clearly labelled with my name and address and details of a safe place to leave them if there’s no one in. The packages are also marked one of two and two of two. Yesterday they delivered package one of two to my next door neighbour. I’m still trying to track down package two of two. For this to happen once is perhaps unfortunate, but this is the second time. Almost unbelievably the first time they did this I was actually at home, saw the delivery driver who told me the package was for my neighbour and took it there, returning several hours later with the second one.

Today trying to track down the missing item - at 1000 I was told it would be here in the next hour and a half, at 1215 I was told it was the next drop around 15 minutes, and at 1345 I’m told the van has broken down, but it’ll be here by 1600. Do I believe this?! Incidentally it’s impossible to speak to anyone at DPD just the automated voice telling me it was delivered yesterday, and an attempt to email failed, undelivered - much like my package! Like an earlier review I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

Sent a parcel 13 days ago on a 1-5 day delivery , they have never contacted us to say they is a problem with paperwork as parcel was going to America even though we filled in 5 piece of paperwork and listed everything . this was my sons birthday present and card , I want to know where is my parcel ? I hope you are glad that you have ruined his surprise and the upset you have caused me with my son living so far away

No attempt to deliver my parcel to my house. Instead they deliver down the road. No card. No knock on the door. I have been home all morning waiting. I receive a text to say it’s at a neighbours house. I went and they haven’t even got it. Apparently it’s been signed for. So where is my parcel?? I spoke to a woman on chat. Apparently I didn’t have a parcel to be delivered. Then cut me off. Why do I have texts and emails from DPD then ��

The most terrible experience on Earth!



Ordered some things for my holiday from Women’s Secret (Spain) and DPD was the delivering company. Although I’ve placed an order 2 weeks before my holiday which allowed plenty of time to receive it - the parcel has never arrived! They’ve tried to deliver it but the email they’ve sent me stated that the parcel was refused (what?!). So then I decided to collect it from the depot in Enfield (2 days before flying) thinking that this will be the most secure way. And when I arrived there...they said to not even hope to receive it on that day. Why? Because they can’t find it. Sorry, what?



So I’ve explained that I need it urgently and despite of the members of stuff being polite and friendly - nothing has been done further to this matter. At the depot I’ve been told that the parcel got lost or stolen (apparently, as I’ve been told, high value fashion items are normal to get stolen!). Then I had to do very quick shopping on my lunch break so that I’ll have everything for the holiday. After that had to deal with them via emails while being on holiday and been promised that they’ll sort everything out. But after few emails they just stopped replying! Whatsoever! Tried to reach out to them for a week but nothing! Just no reply! So had to call. On the phone I’ve been told that they can’t help me. Great, thanks. And when I called for the second time they said to contact the seller. For the first time after almost a month! Sorted it out with the seller afterwards but this experience with DPD left me totally frustrated and upset. They never apologised and never took any actions about the whole thing.

If you can go for another delivery company - go for it. Cause this can happen to you as well.

I was expecting a delivery today between 1300-1400. I waited in from work for the parcel, I have kept an eye on the tracker, u have done everything I needed to do. But your driver can't even be bothered to look for number 42, the driver went to a different building which doesn't even have a number 42, he took a picture of where he left the 'missed delivery card' and you can clearly see the building numbers don't state my address!!!



So why did your diver not deliver my parcel?

I can't speak to any one about this, my partner is on the phone now and has been for over 12 minutes and still reply.



Avoid this 'delivery' company at all costs, they will take your money, not deliver your parcel or answer there phones. Utter rubbish!!!!!



I will never use these again!!!!!

Every delivery we have from DPD has problems, customer service is awful, they just lie, lots of better delivery companies that are out there that I wish businesses used. Oh and apparently being an app user means I’ve been leapfrogged to the front of the queue, load of rubbish, apologies to the non app users, I’ve been waiting 30 mins so far.

Every delivery to us from your courier service is always late. We live on the Isles of Scilly, and we understand that it is not the easiest place to deliver post to on time.



However, we often have packages 10-14 days late. Despite your claim that you do not hold packages longer than 7 days it seems that lots of packages which are meant to be delivered to the islands are held for substantially longer than that.



Hermes, Royal Mail are just a couple of couriers which deliver on time 90% of the time and both have very accurate tracking so we can tell exactly where our packages our. With you its anyone's guess as you seem to loose half the stuff people order.



Extremely poor service. It is literally faster for me to travel to your depot and collect it myself than for you to deliver it.

Dpd Leicester depot,absolutely rubbish service,been waiting for a delivery two days running with the driver not turning up they then have the cheek to send a message to say they will be leaving my delivery with someone on the next road on day 3 as there was no one to sign for it ? Jokers!!! Driver is called Romeo,you try to get a message to the company to say no one has called and there is zero options to do that or leave a message,disgraceful,we are trying to run a business and find it hard without our supplies you muppets.

Disgusting customer service, I work 8am-2pm mon-fri, no delivery option for working people! Been waiting since Monday for this parcel! Promised my delivery would be today after 2.30 after a conversation yesterday, but all he done was lie and fob me off as I’ve not long rang again to be told it’s not being delivered today!! You employ liars, you employ people who can’t do the job and your a crap delivery service!!

Another case of my parcel apparently being delivered and signed for. I’ve been waiting at home all morning and nobody has arrived and no card has been out through my door. Clearly been delivered to the wrong address so no having to go door to door to track down as needed urgently. Worst of it all is there is no phone number to call to actually speak to anyone so will have to wait for a reply to my email but not holding out much hope. Terrible service. Wish there was an option for zero stars!

Absolutely disgusting service, driver didn’t even knock on the door! My girlfriend only heard his hand computer go off and stuff a note through the door. So she open the door picked the form up and tried to run to him. After witnessing him lunch the £350 parcel as hard as he could into the back of the van. The drive to then see her in his mirror, to then shout out.... OH FOR FU@K SAKES then sped off. With other witnesses across the road he was cleaning his van to shout & wave the driver down as he witnesses everything going on. Absolutely disgusting!! Is not the word. Will not be ever using you again & want to make a formal complaint & also contacting dyso to discuss and see if they can use another courier service from now on. Vile company
