Phone staff are made to turn you away and diagnose you over the phone so the doctors don't have to. The doctors don't believe you're I'll. Doctors haven't got a clue, they would rather turn you away and get to the next patient than spend time with you. Been with them all my life and have lost complete faith with them.

Worst customer service ever. I couldn't get through on the phone so I visited doctors in person to be told by rude receptionist that you have to ring to make appointments and couldn't book anything for me! I wasn't even allowed to make a future appointment and they don't do drop in sessions. How are you supposed to get an appointment? They don't even deserve one star!!

Appalling i can never get an appointment reception staff are rude my 9 week old baby had a chest infection told to go to gp unit as gp couldn't be bothered to get me in 9 hours later .
Also I was shouted at by Jo the deputy of the surgery for voicing her opinion on my childs vaccinations along with been patronised about my childs illness rude I have been with this practice 27 years me and my family are moving such a shame this used to be one of the best when in Albert Road

Attitude from the first point of care (receptionist) is appalling, get spoken to in a rude manner and they speak to you as though your stupid for ringing up after 8am. Can never get an apt, lucky to get a phone call consultation from a GP. And when you do they prescribe you meds over the telephone without even seeing you! Oh and when you do rarely get an apt it's very unlikely it's with your gp. I've seen every doctor going who work at that place.

Ive been with this practice for over 30yrs but after tonight i will def be moving doctors. The attitude i recieved from the nurse practitioner Jane about my son who has chronic lung desease. Im putting a complaint against this nasty women tomorrow!!!
