Dr Joanna has trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Eastman Dental Hospital, Guys', Kings' and St. Thomas' School of Medicine and Dentistry at King's College London, and Queen Mary, University of London, gaining degrees with license to practise in both medicine and dentistry. She has also trained at Harvard Dental School in Boston, MA and the The New York University College of Dentistry.

Her unique knowledge of facial musculature, gained through 10 years of experience at leading hospitals and clinics in Central London, combined with her training in aesthetics allows her to create a natural look for her clients.

As a member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Dr. Joanna is enthusiatic about sharing her knowledge with young doctors and dentists at various conferences and lectures.

Away from work, Dr Joanna spends her free time watching Game of Thrones, playing badminton, exploring gourmet ethnic food while collecting passport stamps, and remodeling the cute flat that she just bought - all while keeping up with the demands of a very Greek family.
