took my step sons here today for the first time, and they absolutley loved it! The staff were so friendly and polite, the food was lovely and as we were there someone was having a party and the staff were so much fun with all the children involved. *Also.... the manager was kind enough to donate to our charity event we are holding in June, so thankyou. Will deffo be going here more often!

User

busy as expected at a weekend, but enjoyed it none the less. The staff were constantly round clearing tables, despite the number of party bookings. The little un loved it

We had my sons 5th birthday here today, we decided to try the teddy bear mountain party as it was something completely different to the usual parties we have done before. This party costs more but we felt it was worth it.

All the children chose their bear on arrival then after a play they came and stuffed their bear with help from parents and the party host. All the children loved it and commented that this was the best party ever, once they had done they played for a while before doing the dancing before the meal. It was really good that each child got to take their bear home, they where so happy and so was their parents. Our party host was lovely and friendly and made our party run smoothly. My son has gone to bed tonight cuddling his new green dragon

This place is fantastic, very large toddler area to stop little ones been bored and wanting to go in the large area. Large area is great too. There's staff everywhere, so well supervised, clean and effecient (there's Currently a member of staff cleaning with a handheld vacuum in the large soft play, one going round clearing tables, and a few in the kitchen and on reception) they've removed older children from baby and toddler area before any accidents. There's plenty of space to run around. And the foods fine too (it's nothing special but there's nothing to complain about). Seriously considering having our next birthday party here too as it's great and the party packages seem well priced!

User

Nice and clean. Very friendly staff. The food is was superb which makes a change as most play gym food is rushed and poor value. Here it was very well cooked and great portions. Well done ÔøΩÔøΩ

User

Love taking my grandson to Dragons Den. Staff always friendly and nothing too much to sort out. Food is always delicious.

User

was really good food was nice and drinks were fab for kids reasonably priced the place was clean, I didn't give it 5 stars because they need a member of staff for the children to go on the go carts, a member was stood there and she heard me telling my son his sister had to finish her mouthful of food before she could go over, just as she finished she walked off she knew how desperate my son was to go on but left anyways to do other jobs and took ages for her to come back someone else actually shouted for her to come back! the kids only get 2 hours worth of play time which in that time we had dinner and my son and daughter had to spend ages waiting for the go carts, I also think they need someone to watch the under 3 year olds play area as once your child runs off to play it's very hard to keep track of when they come out and if you don't see your child go in you can't tell them to come out?

Went last night around 430-5pm

Some staff ok ,some staff miserable how on earth they work with children is beyond me .

As it been my first time visit and last by the way

the staff on arrival should be enthusiastic happy to see new people coming into the centre hadn't a clue if I was to take my childs shoes off etc no communication at all with her didn't tell me which bit Togo to where to go if there was food offered etc . It's not a big deal really but the atmosphere was just not good . Went to order food which came to £15 May I add for two tiny hot dogs and two slush puppies and a bowl of cheesy chips the chips wouldn't have been ordered if the girl behind the desk told me the hot dogs came with chips !! What a waste not good service at all who the hell gets a hoover out at 6 pm wires all over when my two year old child is running about it's just rude .

User

Very good play area but it's a shame there's no one making sure it's safe for tots . The area is clearly marked no one over the age of three. I was in there with my 16 month old Grandson and there were older children in there running around some one is going to get hurt . I said to several children your over the age of 3 you shouldn't be in here I was totally ignored. It's a shame I don't know why they go in there as there play area is large enough . They should have someone checking this area regularly before some little one gets hurt they may take more notice if a member of staff told them as they clearly ignored me.

User

The place is good for kids but would eat there as not one person had a cap on covering there hair ÔøΩ

Met a friend here yesterday. Firstly hardly anywhere to sit as half the tables were reserved. (No idea why as they were reserved and empty the whole three hours we were there) so forced to sit around the toddler area... We have eight year olds so this seemed a Bit daft that we couldn't sit in an area where we could see them playing in the play area.

Ordered some food and it was awful and hardly any choice of drinks. Loads of cans of coke though... which is not something I want to give to my child. Slush puppy machine was on... But 'wasn't ready' I was told the three times that i asked (after three hours I would of thought it would of been ready).

And lastly A girl came and cleaned a table right next to us and I don't want to sound petty as she was doing her job and keeping the place clean but she sprayed loads of cleaning product that I could taste it while eating.. and it really got in my throat (just a bit of consideration for customers wouldn't go a miss)

Kids had fun though (although thirsty)

Just hope these little things are noted. And yesterday was just a bad day?

User

Great soft play area for children my one year old loves it, and the foods good, a decent portion can't complain, just a shame the food does take a while to get to you so if you have a hungry child it's probably best they went into the play area whilst waiting for your food or order 20 minutes or so before they're due their dinner. The biggest reason I've only done 3 stars is the toddler area needs to be supervised, you have children well over the age limit messing about throwing balls from ball pool and when you have young children in there it ruins it and I had to take my child out of that area.. (Also would appreciate parents keeping an eye on their child because if they was watching them it wouldn't of happened...) ÔøΩ

User

First off I do enjoy taking me niece here, staff are nice and pleasant. But other parents who don't watch there kids absolutely ruin It, my niece is very shy and she doesn't like toddler area as 5 year olds come and push her about, so we started taking her into the big area, now we do go in with her everytime, she pushed but another adult out of the way. Is this a kids play area or is it for adults, i told a member of staff and they went over to have words, half hour later it happened again! Nothing got done on the second time....

User

right for the money 8 quid for 2 kids is good but that the only thing that's good.

First off 2 hours is not really that long for some kids could do with making a a bit longer.

Second think how over priced the food and drink was 1.70 for a decaf tea that's made with Pg tips and just over 2 pound for 3 bags of crisps.

I definitely will not be going back and taking any of my kids back again

We visited Dragons den yesterday. My daughter hadnt been well recently so we haven’t been out anywhere. She is 21 months and my son is 9. We walked in hoping for an exciting afternoon. Instead we were faced with chaos! It was jam packed and i mean over packed. It was so hot you couldn’t breathe! The place was absolutely filthy! Food all over the floor. I took my son onto the large area and as we were climbing up I got sweets and allsorts stuck to my feet! There were dirty tissues in the slide! We got to the top and started to go down the slide... well we just stuck to it it was that dirty!!

Back to the toddler area, I took my daughter in and she was wanting to go up on her own.. I followed her but stayed a distance away so she thought she was doing it all by herself. Next we were faced by 4 older children (around 7 years) they knocked her flying and she banged her face!! I told them to stop and go to the big area and I was sworn at!!

We’d almost had enough but my son wanted to use the toilet and my daughter needed changing so we went to the toilets... well what we were faced with there I couldn’t believe....Urine all over the floor, toilet paper thrown everywhere, it stank and hadnt been cleaned in days, or so it looked!!

I decided enough was enough. We got our shoes on and left, after only being there for half an hour! I’d paid £8 for the privilege of what?!! My kids hated it, it was the dirtiest of places and we certainly won’t be returning!!

Just to say, we have been there before in the past and it was nothing like that! I just think you need to rethink the ratio of staff to how many children you’re letting in and adults too! The climbing areas need manning at all times, the toilets cleaned hourly and floors and equipment kept clean and safe!

It’s a play area not a cattle market. Trying to make more money by squeezing as many people in could end up costing you your business!!!

And I will be looking to get a refund aswell.

Visited here on Thursday 03/08/17 and was told by the staff that they were "quite busy" and we were facing a 45 minute wait. We said that was fine and we would eat lunch there whilst waiting. I was told that could not happen as it would involve letting us through the security gate without paying. I offered to pay first and was told I could not do that either. I then stated we would go get lunch elsewhere and come back in an hour. This too was unacceptable. The staff member expected us to wait in a vestibule area approx eight foot square with a baby and toddler. Several other families were also within earshot of this ridiculous proposal and we all walked out. This then led to several very upset toddlers in the car park. Thank you for ruining our afternoon.

User

This place is vile!

Not only is it Absolutley filthy with food on the floor, tables that haven't been cleared and clearly they don't check or clean the toilets, microwave was splattered with different foods, food is shit and to top it of the light on the kitchen ceiling literally fell down just missing one of the girls!

User

Staff far too busy chatting in the kitchen rather than supervise children or clean up dirty tables. Most parents walking round bare foot despite signs up regarding this issue. The behaviour of some of the children is shocking... Yes this is due to poor parenting but one little girl was being punched in the face in the Under 3's section by a girl who was clearly older than the restriction. You'd have thought some staff supervision would be obvious. Overall Poor service and an absolute dump. Friends and family have been told so try won't be coming back either.

User

Shocking that I took my child and niece today to find it closed and yet still stating open on the website and Facebook but just staff standing outside smoking ignoring people pulling into the car park just pointing to a note on the door. I actually love this place normally and came to arrange my child's birthday. Appalled today.
