I live in Plympton, Plymouth. We had an overflowing 'guttering downpipe' protruding from the ground. Andy Brewer of DrainCare SW arrived really quickly and with specialist equipment not only found and unblocked the underground pipework some 5 meters from the downpipe, but also gave advice regarding soakaways that I put to SW Water. As I result my water bills have been reduced as I don't need to pay for surface water drainage off the roofs and I even got a back dated credit from SW Water. I'm a bit nosey about what workmen are doing around my house so Andy explained exactly what he was doing the whole time. He cleaned up an enormous amount of debris from the blocked pipework too. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring domestic drain attention. Very well done and Thank you again.
