Steer Clear! Value your money? Then give this company a wide birth! My daughter rented a cottage from Matthew Sowden and they gave her nothing but trouble. They frequently use intimidation tactics, turn up unannounced and send rotund Ken around to do "Spot checks". She went 5 days without running water and no flushing toilet. She paid for a professional clean on move out and they still kept her deposit of £600. DO NOT USE.

This was a holiday for my whole family, there were 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 to 12. Located one street off the beach, and plenty of parking, no need to drive once you're here. The house was wonderful, it had everything you could wish for. The dining table seated 12 of us, and the kitchen was out of this world! There were enough bathrooms for us all, and the kids loved the games room! I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed for a post Christmas/new year break at Seaside House, with a mixed group of adults and children. House was spotless and very well equipped throughout. Fabulous kitchen and amenities. Great house for kiddies with table football, wii, extra games etc. 2 minutes walk to beach, great cafes and restaurants nearby. A fabulous time had by all, many thanks!

Beautiful house, very well equipped and great location near all the best of Weymouth. We were a family group of 10 adults aged 19-80 celebrating a family birthday. The house was perfect - the owners had thought of everything in terms of comfort and equipment. Couldn't have asked for more. Have recommended to friends and hope to return.

Stayed at the Maltings easy walk to beach and town,enjoyed the stay.
