This is the best gym I have ever been to. I love having the choice of going to the gym when I want to go! The VIP membership is amazing value for money and I love the Running Club. The support from everyone who works there is fantastic. This gym is forever evolving. Keep up the good work guys & girls!

This is not ONE of my favourites; IT IS my favourite!! Most friendly, sincerely interested in your health & progress, excellent equipment & growing all the time with the extra space recently gained. It's a pleasure to go there every time. Best gym ever! (..& it's open 24hrs a day)!

Love it here and the confidence is building the more we come. The only thing Id ask is can we have some decent showers. The water pressure is a bit rubbish and having to push to start the thing every 30 seconds is annoying.

Love dream fitness (my second home!). Not only is it always there when I am ready to do some exercise, the staff are fab. The PT's are great, love my training sessions with Ellie. Ben and Gary helped me to lose 20kg in 60 days and really increased my fitness levels! What more can you ask for in a gym, and for a fabulous price too! Smoothie bar is a great addition with the lovely Patricia. Also really enjoying Tao dragons self defense classes in the studio. Keep up the fab work everyone :)

I joined Dream Fitness a week ago and I am absolutely loving it. The gym has such a positive atmosphere and the personal trainers and staff there are very friendly and supportive, they have a real interest in your journey and goals too. The circuits and spinning classes are awesome, so I am sure to check out plenty more classes which they have on offer. Thanks Dream Fitness.

Have always helped me with enquiries and helping me to achieve the best I can with a training plan and always up for answering my questions honestly, they keep me up to date with information and are all very supportive.

Everything you would expect from a gym, well equipped and open 24/7. With max 50kg dumbells maybe a tad light for some, but can make do. With multiple dip bars, chin ups, and benches means not having to queue! Would recommend, plus they have an excellent pec deck/reverse fly

Can't really fault the gym and with the ongoing expansion plans it's only going to get better. It would be nice for the x-trainers to be updated as they are looking a little tired but that is a very minor issue. Overall, a great gym on the up with great, friendly staff.

Brilliant place and brilliant staff! And I have a feeling it's about to get even better with the new work going on. Would highly recommend Dream Fitness!

A massage with Trish. After just 15 minutes I couldn’t wait to book another and immediately asked “When can I come back?”. Aches, pains and strains can all be sorted with this lovely lady. The friendly and personable individual service is just perfect, I urge everybody to give Trish a go. The immediate improvement was amazing. Thank you Trish, I will be looking forward to my next treatment.



I also have training with Harry which is fantastic. He has kept me motivated and looking forward to each and every session we have. His techniques are both varied and encompass your individual wants and needs. He listened to me and has assisted to find new and interesting ways to keep fit undertaking and incorporating methods I had not previously utilised or known. Thanks Harry.

Gym is situated perfectly,very easy acces from anywhere in the town,but there is also negative things,one of stuff very arrogant,no proper toilets and showers sometimes long wait to get renewal.Price wise top,other things average.
