Tomorrow, Thursday 11th of October, we have the AGM of Vision Wimborne which is as you know our ‘mother’ charity. It is at 7 pm at Allendale House . Apart from the usual business (report from Dreamboats etc.) We have the chief planning officer for EDDC coming to talk about Future Planning in Wimborne. I thought you might be interested in this and I would certainly like to have a decent audience for her.Everyone is welcome!

And that’s the 2018 season finished for us and what an amazing summer we had this year, We would like to say a big thank you to everybody that has been down to support the vision Wimborne charity and enjoying this lovely stretch of the river Stour. Hope to see you all next year.

Don't forget we are only open weekends now until 29th September. Time for the kids to go back to school! But what a brilliant summer we have had! 😁

Thinking of something to keep the kids entertained before they go back to school next week?? Why not bring them down for a row on the river, have a picnic on the grass and let them play in the park whilst you relax. We are open everyday for the rest of this week and then back to weekends in September. 😁

The weather is not allowing us to open today 💨🌧 But it’s a good day for building a raft ready for next weekend.

It’s that time of year again to grab the children and make a the fastest raft In Wimborne. This year the children can race them as well😁 But you do need an adult with them on the raft.

Wow what a day!! We just want to say a massive thank you to all our customers for their fantastic support for Dreamboats. The Regatta today was a great success, some great funds raised to support the selected charities. My highlight of the day seeing boatman Tom take a tumble into the river. 😂 What did everyone else enjoy about the day??

It’s looking like another great day today. Why not come and join us for the Dreamboats Regatta this afternoon. Squidge and Pop will be there to keep the children entertained, there’s plenty of Pimms for the adults to relax with and the boat hire will be running till 6.
