I went with my 2 year old son and mum and the staff were fantastic. Helpful, polite and accomodating. They even brought out a basket of toys to help keep my son amused!

They asked for my budget (to help with their search) and weren't at all sniffy when told it had to be as cheap as possible. I was allowed to scour the racks to look for dresses myself. I tried on around 7 or 8 dresses which took a good couple of hours and never felt as if I was being rushed. There was no hard sell and the ladies wrote down all the details of my favourites for me to go away and have a think about.

A great experience for my first wedding dress shop!

I have been here twice - once to look at Bridesmaid dresses and once to look at wedding dresses. Once on a weekday, and once on a weekend. I never felt rushed. The service we received, on both occasions, was second to none. They took into account what sort of styles you said you liked, discussed options and budget with you very discretely I thought and didn't EVER bring me anything over the budget (which has been an issue in other places!) I really could not fault them. They were not pushy at all. Gave you time to look, let you re-visit options if you wanted a second look. Felt we were given plenty of time and space and attention and then at the end they wrote down the names and prices of any dresses I'd liked and just gave it to me, there was no "So are you going to buy then?" or anything like that. Really could not fault them.
