We used Roo yesterday after reading the brilliant reviews online. What a lovely girl, her family made me and my husband welcome when we arrived early to collect our hound and it was clear they are all dog lovers. The service Roo provides is fabulous, our doggo was well looked after I cannot believe how shiny his coat is, oh and the smell �� it’s like he is wearing an aftershave lol I got up this morning and we could still smell how fresh he is. When we left Roo gave us a loyalty card and a little bag of treats for the hound. I cannot fault the service it was 100% great job Roo we will see you again soon! We would highly recommend Roo, she had a passion in her job.

Top recommendation! Roo looked after my dog soo well!! she came home so much happier than my previous groomers she went to. She smelt gorgeous and it’s lasted for days! Roo did everything I had ask for and more. Thank you soo much Roo I will definitely be back soon

Roo is so brilliant to my two dogs, when they came back home they both had a really beautiful smell and she is very good to my dog blue, especially with his teeth as they are now all white and perfect! I definitely recommend her to any people who have dogs as she is great with them and both dogs came back happy and looking very good!

Luna has just come back from her 1st ever trip to the groomers she's a shy nervous dog but once I picked her up she was so happy and comfortable with Roo and looking and smelling gorgeous I will definitely be using you again I have already recommended you to family, thank you so much
