Drewery were polite, professional and helpful from the beginning, before I had even decided whether to use their services. I had to wait nearly three months for my tenants to move out and David regularly got in touch with me during this period to find out how things were going.

My previous tenants had pretty much trashed my flat, so it needed complete refurbishment, which Drewery sorted out for me. Once it was ready, David was very proactive in getting it advertised for let immediately and making sure that I was happy with the price it was advertised at. As a landlord, they keep me fully updated with purchases, property maintenance issues & any tenancy issues. I would highly recommend them. It's a shame more agents in the area aren't operating on such high standard as Paul & his team.

I have never rented a property before and for my first experience it has been horrible. At first Drewery were helpful, polite and flexible in helping us rent our property. All change as soon as you sign your papers, tenants are so disregarded, I understand agents work for landlords and they are the priority but to pay 3k a month and get treated like idiots when things go wrong is shocking!!! Things have gone wrong from day 1, no empathy from Drewery at all!! just curt, 1 line emails, making us feel like we have done something wrong. After care service is non existent- got your signature and after which you are nothing to them!!!

Will never use Drewery again and not only are they losing tenants who may have stayed paying a lot of money for a couple of years but also lost the opportunity to sell to us after rental is over. I want to give my money to a company that cares
