PLEASE comment on the planning appeal against this happening - it will ruin the waterspouts / family facilities.

Original message: We currently have a boat stuck in Lock 16, Harris Lock. Our team are on site and are working to free the vessel Unfortunately, the vessel is wider than the lock approach walls and is also wider than the published dimensions which gives a maximum beam of 4 metres. We will update this notice as soon as we have further information.
